Linda the attendant was marvelous help. Even when things were not right she assisted in correcting. They even had fresh fruits and veggies for free. I washed and dried on fully functional machines. Saw very few out of order machines and dryers (3 in total).Overall, satisfied.

Nice and big. Been here a few times now and its always clean with friendly staff. The price for washers and dryers is very reasonable. Never been to a laundry mat and been in and out in less than 2 hours until now.

I am a long time customer of Coin Laundry. I use their wash and fold service they do a five star job. They are very customer friendly and helpful, as well.

AWSOME very clean establishment never crowded no people hanging out thinking they live there very close to Wal-Mart and other convenience stores I recommend using this laundromat

Cleaner than most 24 laundromats. A good selection of machines. Even had a donation table for food and other things.

Count on paying about $10 for a large load of laundry to wash and dry.The facility is clean and I didnt see any broken machines.

Nothing fancy but super efficient with 24-hour service. The real draw is the manager who infuses personality and pleasantries on every visit!

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff here. Floors and machines CLEAN. Only negative is they use tokens in all machines versus quarters or a Visa card.

One of the employees was doing a very thorough cleaning of the facility. The bathrooms were without paper towels and were in need of maintenance though. Over all a nice place to do your laundry.

I liked its easy and very cleaner

The place is dirty even with the attendance there she did not clean before she left! Half the dryers dont work lots of signs saying out of order! Homeless people sleeping in one of the booths while the attendant was there at 6:00 in the evening, was still sleeping there when we left around 9:00!! Not sure how long they have been there, but they were there when we got there and the attendant was on duty. Dont get me wrong, I feel sorry for their situation but when theres already limited seating and the Rona going around it is very unsafe for all patrons in that laundromat!! They made themselves at home! It was a complete mess over there in that corner where they were!! Still no paper towels in the bathroom!! This has been an issue going back even to their old location!! Also their dryers do not have a set time per quarter per machine!! You put a quarter in one machine you might get 15 minutes, put a quarter in another machine you might only get 6 minutes!! Hello really? Can we get a little bit of consistency please?

Nice enough place. A LOT of out of order machines, but they have enough working for the clients.Not sure who did the bathroom remodel, but its a lawsuit waiting to happen. Those handicap bars are mounted with wall anchors (the stuff you hang pictures with). Careful!-----Back a few weeks later & still broken.

Very clean and lots of machines. I liked the different sizes of dryers. Expensive though.

I like it a lot. Clean and efficient. The dryers work quickly. Its never overcrowded, either. Staff is efficient. Im able to get in and out.

Its better than the apartment machines

This place is the best laundrymat Ive found in DSM. The entire chain around town always is great to use. Also, open 24hrs. Everyone they employ is super friendly, helpful, and recognize a familiar face. Comfty and cozy atmosphere.

The woman who works here is so helpful and always smiling! She changes peoples moods as she goes by- I swear its almost magic!!

The attendants are very poor at customer service. They wash machine wasn’t working so I had to rewash two loads @ 4.25 each to put them in another washer at 6.50$ a piece two washer then the washer stops wit my clothes unit and the African American guy was rude as hellVery disrespectfulI will be sending my lawyer there.
