Iowa School of Strength is perfect for individuals who want personalized training and goals. Chris is patient, knowledgeable, and accountable. Initially, he met with to determine what goals I sought and taught me correct and safe forms for exercises including kettle bell swings, bench press, and squats. Now, I work out with him 2x/week. His workouts are consistently changing with different weights, exercises, and reps as I grow stronger. Each week I see progress physically, mentally - and also on paper.
