Frustrated. I had an appointment. They called less than a half hour before the appointment to reschedule. One of their techs had COVID. So we set a new date and they never called during the two hour window. I tried calling twenty minutes after they were supposed to show up and it asked me to enter my phone number and pin??? I’ll be moving on to find someone more reliable.
We bought a new toilet at Costco. I was happy to find one we liked and save a few dollars buying it there. We called Reiner on Grand to have them install the toilet for us. After the work was finished and they gave me the bill, I noticed there was a charge on the bill I hadnt noticed. I called the man who had done the install. He said they charged me a fee for not buying the toilet from them! WHAT?! Ridiculous. I called other plumbers to ask if that fee is typical. They said no.Beware.
Great service. We have used them several times and they are always punctual and dont over charge.
They never showed up. Wont use again
Old house, old plumbing. Scheduled disconnect for dishwasher, then came back to install. Had to update the connection, so Very pleased. Thanks Jason for all your help
Overall had a poor and frustrating experience. Poor communication, miscommunication and over charged after quoting me a price for the job. Was taken advantage of for being in the unfortunate situation of a broken water heater in the middle of winter. The company is a contractor with home warranty companies to generate business but over charges so you end up paying a ton out of pocket anyways. Jason was very competent and seemingly did good work.
Excellent job all around. The tech has helped three times now - has always fixed the issue. Best of all - they come out pretty quickly.I strongly recommend this company.
I was completely satisfied with their work and found technician Jason quite competent and pleasant to deal with.
Called for emergency service and a technician was still not located after 2 hours so I moved on to Charles Goering
I have had them for repairs before, and they were just as good at their job. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price was reasonable, too!
We have home warranty and always try to request all plumbing related items to be fixed by Wayne Rhiner Plumbing, which is one the local warranty-authorized service providers. Their technician - Chuck - is very knowledgably and is good at fixing things the first time. It is a small company and it could take couple of days to schedule the visit, but they have been very accommodating in setting service appointments. The person scheduling appointments is very pleasant and has great customer service skills. Would highly recommend this company!
Debbie and her staff have been on point assessing our needs. Timely and clean
Ed was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. The price was also very reasonable for the amount of work done. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. 12 out of 10 experience.
Never again will I go through this company or refer anyone! We had another plumber come out to access a leak and, they could not find where it was coming from so then we called these guys. They could not find the leak either. So they assumed it was something else. They said they were gonna get back to us about what they think was the problem but they didnt know for sure. We never herd back from them on 8/28/14. Now we are being charged for services that werent preformed. When we called to discuss it the lady at the front desk was rude & told us she will just take us to court! She could could not tell us what services was performed here & refused to look into it.Save your $$ and go else where.
Thanks so much for coming out and in an extreme situation so quickly. The technician was extremely courteous and cleaned up after his visit. Thanks again
They did not install the check valve correctly so therefore the pump was not working correctly and when we had realized we needed a new sump pump 2 years later the new plumber said there were 4 pumps in there and it was not removing water from under the foundation which caused flooding everytime there was a heavy rainfall which our pump appeared to be working as it was pumping clean water through not foundation water as we would have thought if it had been installed correctly..very frustrated!!
Very poor management. Uninformed and unaware.
Prompt great service took care of the issues will definitely use them again
Wayne Rhiner Plumbing, LLC is Expensive! Installed 2 sink faucets straight out of box and minor adjustment with toilet plumbing. $386 bill. I was blow away! 2.25hrs of work. 10 min from their shop. I would NOT recommend, their pricing seems out of this world! After my additional research, I respectfully was overcharged! I couldnt image being an employee and handing disappointed customers. From reading the other reviews, it seems common practice.
Called 3 plumbers on a holiday and Wayne Rhiner Plumbing not only answered the phone but they had somebody out within an hour. Chuck, the plumber, was super nice and pinpointed our problem in a matter of minutes!
We had a problem with our shower handle a few months after we moved in to our home in Beaverdale. After taking a day or two to go through our home warranty, Wayne Rhiner Plumbing was contracted to come out and fix the issue. The woman I spoke to on the phone to schedule was friendly and the plumber fixed the issue within a few hours. No complaints.
Used for over 4 yrs. have had a running toilet every 6 months or so. Never stays fixed. And I have receipts to prove it. Charge an administrative fee as well.
My water heater wasnt working at all and Wayne Rhiner Plumbing came out and replaced it that day which was wonderful because my kids had school pictures the following day and were throwing a fit that they couldnt take showers. I highly recommend them for any situation.
Absolutely horrible, greedy, no sense time schedule! They charged me more than FOUR times the amount the previous plumber had charged me! The guy also recognized that the bill was too high, but said that its their company policy!!!!! I dont recommend them at all!
This company ripped me off. Say they did not have the parts and would come back next week.Paid a service charge up front. They never called,or came back. I called a month later and was treated like crap. Said I should have not waited a month to call them backDude !!!!! Reported to BBB and any and everyone I can think of,then some. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!OH, she wanted to split the refund. Keep it,you obviously needed it.
Great service! Was fast, friendly and efficient! Did exactly as we asked and needed!
Please do your homework before doing any business with Wayne Rhiner Plumbing. We did not have a good experience.
This company is absolutely horrible. We had a pipe start leaking through our basement ceiling in Feb, so we called our warranty company and they sent out Wayne Rhiner Plumbing & Repair. Everything started out fine the tech found the leak in the wall which only took about 45 minutes. After we found what caused the problem I told him I was able to fix the problem myself since I didnt think our warranty would cover it. He told me not to worry about it that he had called the warranty company, and they would cover the problem. So I decide to let him fix it, it was only a 2 section of 3 pvc, well once he starts he says he doesnt have a firmco and has to drive 45 minutes to get one, which they charged for, and btw the hardware store is 7 miles away, you do the math. Once he gets back he proceeds to fix the pipe, and tells me to hold off on calling the warranty company to fix drywall since he hasnt got approval yet. Once I hear this I ask why he said he already had approval to which he ways dont worry I know what to say to them so they pay for it, which seemed kind of shady, but whatever it was to late now. Well I call the next day and the warranty company says no the declined it and it was our responsibility. After that I call Wayne Rhiner and they tell me the tech messed up, he was suppose to call the warranty company but didnt because sometimes it takes to long....so they dont do their job cause its an inconvenience to them. He then says we can work something out and he will call me back later, and see what they had figured out. Guess what they never called back so I call the next day, and they say yes they are in wrong and the owner was suppose to call me and she will call later. Yeah that never happened either so I call 2 days later same story this goes on for week before I give up. Which takes us to 1 week ago when I receive their bill for 350$ this is on top of the 75$ I had to pay for service fee up front. So 450$ for 2 firmcos, 6 inches of pipe and they billed for 3 hours of work....of which was maybe 1 1/2 was actually at my house. So it took them 2 months to bill me which I didnt even think they were doing since they repeatedly said it was their fault, but wait it gets better. 1 week after receiving their bill they I received a past due notice from them after they refuse to answer their phones to discuss this anymore. So before calling this company ask your local homeless person if he knows any plumbing he would problem get it done cheaper, and at least you would expect him to never answer your phone calls.
If I could give a lower review, I would.I purchased my home on 06/16/17 and when I moved in my water heater was not working. It is July 3rd and I STILL do not have a working water heater. I went through my home warranty, who assigned Wayne Rhiner Plumbing to my problem. This has got to be the least competent plumbing company in the state. The first time the technician came out he didnt even do any work on my water heater. He cleaned it and called it fixed. Which, by the way, consisted of him taking off the metal sheet cover, blowing on it, and wiping his shirt on it before putting it back. They have been out to my home three different times, and it takes them DAYS to come out to each service call, and the last time they came out they replaced the gas valve, assuring me this was the last fix they could make before replacing the unit. This was Friday. The pilot light didnt make it an hour after he was gone before it went out again. I scheduled another recall, was assured once more that the plumber would not be doing the same work twice in a row, and then received a call from the plumber, who told me he thinks the part was faulty, and now they have to order a new part to replace the gas valve AGAIN. He tells me that his tech support department told him turns out it was the gas valve all along. When I asked how they diagnosed a faulty part over the phone, his response was that either the pilot assembly [replaced on his second visit] or the gas valve were faulty, and that its almost never the pilot assembly. He then told me that the part he installed may have been the wrong part for my water heater, and that it had been sitting on the shelf for a while, which is probably why it was a bad part! And they dont have any more, so they have to order a new one then install it. Which he assured me would be happening today [Monday]. I have had to give my daughter sponge baths using water boiled on my stove for THREE WEEKS.I called the plumber this afternoon because at 2:15pm I had not even gotten a phone call about the work they were supposed to be doing, and Im told the plumber is closed early and he doesnt know where the part is that was supposedly ordered for delivery today. He said it was being shipped UPS, but didnt know when it should be arriving, if the office anticipated that it would still arrive, or who would receive it since the office was already closed so the staff could attend a parade. What this means is that no one is going to get the part today, and I am not going to have it installed today. Which means they wont get out there until at least Wednesday. Now, I have to take MORE TIME OFF to make sure there is an adult there. Who is going to pay me for my lost wages, since the plumbing company is incapable of showing up when they say they will? This is unacceptable. I have been given the run around from the beginning of this whole ordeal. I am a patient woman, and I am trying to understand there is a process to follow. However, this is not acceptable. If your company insists on having a procedure that requires me to have FIVE SERVICE CALLS for the same issue, then you need to impress upon your plumbers the critical importance of quick responses on their service calls. I should not have to wait days or weeks to get a plumber to my home when I have no hot water.Help me understand how this is considered service. By the time I add up what I PAID for this treatment, plus what I LOSE by having to take time off to be there, and it would have been cheaper to keep the money paid into this service and resolve the issue myself. It is not unreasonable to want the job done timely and correctly. I paid for a repair, and as of yet I am still waiting for this company to make good on their end of that agreement. I will NEVER use this company for anything I need, as long as I live. And, if I have anything to say about it, neither will anyone I know.
Friendly knowledgable will call always
I have rental houses and have used Wayne Rhiner several times. Always great service and very fair prices.
Fixed my shower drain same day.
Do not use Wayne Rhiner Plumbing. They failed to do the work the first time and then find every excuse that they did the work and when they could not give any other excuses they lied and said I misunderstood. They have poor customer service--they never return phone calls. They also lied and said they left a message--no calls on caller ID from them or no messages. I would find another plumber who cares about the work they do and back it up.
Fast, courteous service and reasonably priced!!!
Extremely rude customer sevice
