I cant stand the woman that answers the phones. Once you get past her 20 questions you can talk to someone, which 19 of them are not necessary.One of the agents is more curious about his other insurance friends than helping you. Tim and the owner are real decent tho.

I switched to allstate just over 1 year ago. I am so glad that I did. First everyone in the Webb office is great. They have saved me money, and given me better coverage! In a recent visit I told them about a cost we had encured on our vehicle that I thought would not be covered they told me that was for sure covered and got my claim started right then. That was Friday, today is Sunday and I have already been reimbursed for what I paid and it is already in my account!

They are friendly when you speak to them. But the responsiveness when I was looking for insurance and when I have emailed questions since has been slow or none at at all.

For insurance agents (which for me, have always felt a step below dealing with attorneys), the Webb agency is awesome.Allstate has never done us wrong;Charlie and Jonathan have always been friendly, helpful and attentive;Requests and changes are easily executed;Good bang for your buck.You always leave with a better sense of confidence than when you came in.In comparison, we had insurance with a different company (one of the higher priced, red logo ones) and talking to that guy always felt like dealing with the stereotypical miser who’s always counting his pennies. You know the meme. Not saying that’s a bad way to do business, but it always made me uneasy. It felt as if leaving the office, I should check not just that my wallet was on my person, but the contents also.

My agent Jonathan Web is the best agent that I have ever seen in my whole life. I dont have enough words to explain how fast he answer the emails, or how fast he fix ANYTHING. He and his team are in top of everything I would love to one day can move my home and auto policy to allstate as well I will need a price match with my current policy :)
