When it comes to honesty, you can trust Chuck. And I side-eye a lot of insurance companies. Including State Farm because I demand transparency and honesty.Chuck is an honest and transparent agent. I went through a bad patch. I will spare you the details but it was a VERY BAD PATCH!Chuck kept in contact. He tried to help me as best he could.Anyhoo... I saw some comments here that read “he didn’t call me back”.YEAH. He didn’t call you back because he was working. For you! Insurance stuff doesn’t get solved overnight.Long story longer.... Chuck will give you the information you need when he has it. He will tell you what you need to know. He will look out for your best interests.I believe that you have to form a relationship with your agent. So when I get a message from Chuck that says, “Hey, you need to call me back”CALL CHUCK BACK! He would probably chime in here and remind me how terrible I am at returning calls because that is the sort of person Chuck is. He knows I hate taking calls.Does your insurance agent know how much you hate returning phone calls?
Chuck has been my agent for over 30 years. Knowledgeable, personable and always there when I need him.
I can email or call Chuck and he always gets right back to me. Usually within 24 hours. Recently I had a request from my complex about adding something additional to my renters insurance. The information they requested was not something that Chuck had seen as a request in the past. When I went back to my complex it was not coverage I needed. I appreciate Chuck going the extra mile.

I have been with this agency for 8 1/2 years now and recently found myself in an unseen situation. I was not knowledgable of steps to take or exactly what direction to go but after the guidance, professionalism, and continuous communication of Chuck and his staff we made a tough situation turn out to be better then I could have hoped for. 5 Stars!
HORRIBLE experience with Chuck Freeman. I first reached out to him on 2/10/2020 about an accident involving someone he insures. I left 2 voicemails and never heard back, so I emailed him on 2/11/2020. He didnt email me back until 2/17/2020 (though every time I called the voicemail said he was in the office) stating that hes under the impression I have the wrong person for my damage and that the insured had no damage to their vehicle. NO DAMAGE?! The red car is theirs. Luckily I had already contacted State Farm directly because it had taken him so long to get back to me. State Farm said the damage matched up to the inch & his insured driver is at fault.I just now (9/29) got a notification that you responded acting like my review was not truthful. I’ll find a way to share the email from you saying I had the wrong person for the damage, which is not what you’re saying you told me in your response.
I have been with Statefarm for years and I have to say Chuck Freemans office has provided the best customer service. Very friendly, helpful staff and I highly recommend them!
