We picked this company to drive us around downtown to take wedding pictures before our ceremony! They were on time and allowed us to go anywhere we wanted within our time frame! Our driver Jim was so nice and helped all of us get out at each stop. I definitely recommend this company for any of your limo needs!

We used two charter buses from Majestic to shuttle wedding guests back and forth from two hotels to the venue. They were fabulous and always on time!! We were extremely happy with their professionalism also! As the mother of the groom, they took that worry of getting guest where they needed to be out of my mind for the day! Great job!!

I rented a 12 passenger sprinter limo from Majestic Limo & Coach. We had 10 people ages ranged 21 to 58. From the initial call for a quote throughout the actual trip, our experience was OUTSTANDING.Allie answered all of my calls, confirmed the arrangements, and followed up regularly to verify information and assist me with the details necessary. She was cheerful, efficient and followed through with everything we discussed. She provided regular emails with any changes or necessary information. Our driver, Mitch, was perfect for this job. He was polite, informative, professional and flexible with our event. When we initially boarded, he introduced himself and gave us an orientation to the features and functions of the coach. He made us feel very comfortable and we felt he truly wanted to make our event a successful and enjoyable one. The vehicle was beautiful. It was clean, fresh, and there were waters on ice for the group and a variety of glassware for us to use if we desired. Top notch and stellar service! Thank you Allie, Mitch and Majestic!

Not only did they come early so that we could decorate, but they also remained extremely lenient on time (it’s a party bus, after all!) and made sure that we were completely satisfied and enjoying the whole experience. In this get-what-you-pay-for world, they made sure that they were FAR MORE THAN worth the bargain! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be using again!

We used majestic limo for our wedding on July 10th! They stuck with us through THREE reschedulings and were wonderful with their communication beforehand.The day of the wedding was the best part. I got emails about the bus being enroute to my house and he was there 10 minutes earlier than we requested. We ended up with a bigger bus than we reserved which was awesome, we also had two babies in car seats which our driver, Cory, took the time to buckle into the seats and get them on/off safely.Speaking of Cory, my entire wedding party and every guest that used the shuttle mentioned how wonderful he was. He came to the venue a day early to scope it out and time the routes, he provided our guests with the beverages we put on the bus, and with information about leaving at the end of the night so that no one would be left without a ride! A phenomenal person. We loved him and would request him again for sure. Thank you so much for everything, it was perfect!!

Majestic stepped in for our other party bus service and we couldn’t have been happier with the services they provided. Professional, courteous, friendly, and overall a very good experience. We had to push our reception back to July, and we’ll absolutely be using their service again if it’s available.

Mostly because of all of these great reviews, so I had to share my unfortunate experience. The first two hours of our booking were great, our driver was very professional and everything went smoothly.I had booked six hours of time so that my guests and I could be dropped off safely after our dinner reception. Which meant that a good half of our reservation time was the bus sitting and waiting to take us to our final destination. However, on our way back from dinner, the bus broke down. While being stranded on the side of the road on my wedding day with my guests was horrible in the moment, I understand that these things can happen and it was no one’s fault. Unfortunately, majestic handled the situation by refunding only 1/8 of my cost.

My husband and I highly recommend this company!! We recently had an outing and they were on time and very helpful with location options. Joel the driver was the BEST!! He made sure we got hooked up to the speakers for our music and had ice ready for us! The limo was very clean and beautiful! The owners and staff are very friendly!

We used a Majestic limo bus for our wedding. Our driver was very polite and punctual. We actually finished our outdoor pictures ahead of schedule, so he just drove us around while we relaxed and listened to music. When we ran out of drinks (It was 100+ degrees that day and there were 16 people in the bus.), he took us to Hy-Vee so we could get more before dropping us off at our reception venue right on time.I think we ordered the 20- or 24-passenger bus, and 16 people in formal wear fit comfortably. The bus was clean and our driver made sure to keep it cool since, like I said, it was extremely hot that day. I had dropped off some water, pop, and a couple bottles of champagne to Majestic a few days before the wedding and they had it chilling in a cooler for us when we got on the bus. Overall a very pleasant experience and Id recommend them.Quick note: They have a 3-hour minimum. That wasnt a problem for us, but just something to keep in mind when youre thinking about booking! :)

Weve known Scott since he started in 1996 and have been very happy customers ever since. We have not had a single issue or problem in all of those years! Scott has even sent people way out of their way to help us out when an airline cancelled a flight out of town. They are truly the best at what they do!

Majestic could not have been easier to work with. When our wedding photographer changed studios, Majestic added the new location to their notes and had no issues. The van was clean and easy to get in and out of for my bride and our bridesmaids, but the driver was the real MVP. Anthony arrived early, which turned out to be much needed, as he quickly agreed to drive our two personal attendants to run a very necessary errand last-second. He cracked jokes with our entire crew, helping to calm all our nerves, and we will all be recommending Majestic to everyone we know in the future!

I took Melissa up on using their service for my early morning ride to the airport. So incredibly happy that I did. My driver Charlie arrived right on time. I opened the garage door for him to load my luggage. Keep in mind we had several inches of snow drop overnight. He saw the shovel in my gagare and took it upon himself to shovel a path from the garage to the passenger side door of the vehicle so that I wouldn’t get snow on my shoes. Quite impressive. He was so professional and engaging. He took his time driving which was comforting. We had a great visit, and I can’t believe how relaxed i was to have this service.
