My wife and I were without air conditioned when the temperature was over 95 outside but inside was a lot hotter. I was so happy that Advanced Air was able to come over to our home on Friday instead of the original day was Monday. When Shawn arrived, he went through his idea on where to start first. Actually, it did not take him long to get to the root cause. Shawn explained things as he was working. He is a very experienced employee to not delaying in getting our air conditioner back to operating condition. Then explained he need to make sure the furnace was in sync. . I was very surprised on how Shawn explained the importance of doing simple maintenance to keep the necessary equipment running smoothly.

They were friendly, professional, showed up quickly and on time, and had the run capacitor on the truck that I needed to get AC going again. Their service was great, they were in and out in less than 15 minutes.However, make sure you get a price or quote before they do the repair work, or you may have an extreme shock. I was thrilled with their service until the bill arrived via email. I wish they had given a price before repairing (as it says they do on the website). I feel I was taken advantage of because I paid for my own repair, instead of using a home warranty. I had no problem paying the service fee, and even a reasonable charge to install the part, but I was completely overcharged on the parts pricing.

The blower in our furnace stopped working. Rob had arrived on time. And was in and out very quickly. He was extremely nice and polite. Was very understanding that I was working from home and unexpectedly had to be on a conference call. He let me know what the problem was and that he was able to get us up and running. He also gave me the heads up that this could be a sign for end of life for my furnace. Which I really appreciated so I can plan for that. All around great service and I would definitely recommend!!!

Because of summer-season work, we had to wait a few days to get our AC compressor serviced, but Advanced Air kept in touch with us, and advanced our first day repair time. The technician, Grant, was pleasant and efficient; the capacitor was replaced in less than ten minutes. Our home is again cool. Thanks!

This is a good group. They came quickly when we lost heat, and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. When they came back with the new furnace, they said it would take 4, maybe 4.5 hours. They had it done in 3. I think part of that is that the team worked really well together. Polite, professional, and friendly.

Our AC wasn’t blowing out cold air so I messaged a couple of companies in the area and Advanced Air Mechanical was by far the fastest to respond which I appreciated. They were able to come out the next day. Grant was able to diagnose the problem and make the repair within an hour or so. The guy who came was very nice and got the work done quick. The only thing I wasnt happy about was my appointment window was set to between 1PM-5pm and he showed up at about 5:30pm. I was told I would receive a text when they were close but I didnt hear anything until he knocked on my door.

The tech that came to my house was named Grant, and he was overall just a great tech to have in my home. He was very professional and took a bit of time to answer my questions and give me a bit of an education in the areas I asked about. Advanced air came out as part of a home warranty fix, but honestly, once I cant get a home warranty again, Ill probably just stick with calling them, as all of their techs have been very friendly and knowledgeable. I have no idea what their normal prices are, but as someone who works in a field where you can make things worse by doing it yourself, even if they are more expensive, I think Ill gladly pay that when that day comes.

This was the first time I’ve had a company come out and perform an A/C tuneup in 7 years. I have to say, I was impressed by the communication reminders and alerts upon arrival and professionalism by Chad the technician who completed the inspection. He arrived on time and completed the inspection efficiently. He went through the list of items he checked and made recommendations. I would recommend Advanced Air Mechanical to come out and check your A/C if you’re having cooling issues.

Diagnosed the problem very quickly. Turned out the circuit board on the furnace was fried. They were able to order one within 2 hours, come back and get it installed. Alls cool again!

Our Nest went black after a year of use. Speedy and friendly service. Modified the wiring on our furnace to ensure our Nest would have a 24VAC common wire. This new wiring will charge the Nest automatically.

She had a technician to our home within an hour. Shawn arrived and was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed our furnace quickly. Yes, you are always ready to help and collect the money. However, the actual install service we received was horrible. The central air unit was rebuilt and within a week, the unit stopped working. You did send someone within the hour to review. There was ice buildup on our pipes in the furnace room and within the unit itself. So needless to say, we did NOT have air until fixed. Once fixed, we thought it was good to go…WRONG, over a week and a half ago, same issue. I contacted Advanced Air and told them the problem had reoccurred. First, I was told that I had to contact the warranty company again and open another claim… What, the unit was just installed at the time it may have been a month and a half. So my husband took over the conversation and he was not happy. We have a pregnant daughter and two dogs that were extremely hot. The owner/manager if that was true, was extremely rude and unprofessional… She ended up hanging up the phone on my husband. I sent an email as well as now the problem had worsened… The furnace room where the ice buildup was had melted all over the carpet downstairs. She never returned a response. I reached out to the warranty company and opened up another claim as instructed. They informed me that we would receive a call within 24 hours to set up an appointment. Well that didn’t happen. I called back two days later (given the benefit of the doubt) and found out the Advanced Air had denied our request because of the conversation that took place.I paid $832 dollars out of my pocket – how could they do this. Well, as of today, almost two weeks later, I still have no air. I had to go with a company outside of the warranty list and pay all diagnosis upfront and then turn into the warranty company and hope to get reimbursed. I will be making additional outreached today as now my basement smells like mildew.I did review the comments on the site - Wow - so many similar comments - rude, work of armature, several return calls with none working systems (air, furnace, etc.). Please be aware and review ALL comments, not just the ones that are listed first - which, of course, are good.Invoice from repair - 2nd time - same issue - unit is maybe 2 months old -Now on to the water damage repair.

These folks replaced my furnace at the end of 2019 through my home warranty company. It was winter so they couldnt test the air-conditioning. The tech told me to call in spring to have someone come check that. I called in Spring and I think that it was Jenna (the secretary), that told me she would check with the tech and call me back to set something up if he needed to come out. I didnt hear back so I started running the air conditioner. It leaked water all over my basement for awhile because, I didnt check. When I found the flood, I called and Jenna told me that if they do work thru a warranty company, they do not warranty the furnace OR the work. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THRU A HOME WARRANTY! They are terrible to work with. I was upset when I heard they wouldnt warranty the work and I know she knew I was upset but, she just started yelling at me, falsely accusing ME of yelling, which I was NOT... and hung up.

This was the third time we’ve had Shawn out to our home for just routine maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and professional with a special little note of personable personality. I’ve used advanced air mechanical for all my HVAC needs and will continue to do so!
