I dont u understand why people can complain about this place, I had a great experience, removed back tint in car as well, if your trying to be cheap then you shouldnt come here. Removing tint is not easy, try it yourself. I sat there and waited for my car . Remember that phrase, you get what you pay for, so I payed for good quality stuff and Im very happy with the job 😎💪

Went to have my front windshield sunvisor tinted with Suntek Ceramic Tint. I loved how it turned out. They had the Ceramic, the Nano Carbon, and the Regular. Elizabeth, the person at the front desk demonstrated to me the differences of how with the Ceramic the heat doesnt penetrate through. That does help in the summer months and it will help the interior of your car. She was very patient. There was no sale pressure. Their prices were very good. The owner, Brian Do, told me he uses 3 different brands - Suntek, Rayno, and Johnson. Brian indicated that he invested over $10k in his hi-tech machine for computerized factory accuracy per the specs of each car that comes in to have the tinting process done at his shop. Prior to opening his shop in the West Covina area, Brian stated that his expertise dated back to his many years of experiences while in Tokyo. In addition to tinting, he also installs dashboard cameras for front and rear. He actually offers it for an extremely very low price! If you need one, I recommend that this is a great place to get it at. Brian appears to be a very fair person. The price he offers on the tinting is very reasonable. He appeared to enjoyed the work he does. He is not working because he has to but he is working because he enjoys it. When a person does work because he enjoys it, thats who you should see😉

I only called for a quote and person I was speaking to only gave me a high price even though I have a coupe and she hung up on me when I was going to ask whether they also did tint removal. I do not recommend this place if you want unprofessional behavior and high prices.

Took my brand new 2020 Accord Sport and had 20% Ceramic Tint installed all around. Let me tell you, it came out Amazing. They have a program that cuts the tint perfectly to any vechiles, NO more draging razer blades over your vechiles glass and and leaving uneven lines. They installed the tint quicker and had clean precision cut lines. They left the interior super clean NO trash NO water stains OR marks on the interior doors, seats or package tray. They did an amazing job!!! I was so impressed I left my wifes Mazda 3 with them to remove the old tint and add Ceramic Tint and again another amazing job. So Stop Shopping Around and take your vechile to America Tint Inc. in West Covina and allow them to offer you their expertise workmanship. This day foward I will be a returning customer and giving them referrals to all my Friends and Familys.

Excellent experience, I brought my Tesla Model 3 for front and rear windows and rear glass ceramic tint. It is hard to find a place than can do a good ceramic tint for Model 3. The women look like nice actually not，the old men doesn’t know how to tint the window, the window has bubbles after he done the tint. I am waiting there about 1 and half hour and saw many people came back for complaining.It is not a professional team, and would not recommend anyone to this place.

I brought my Tesla 3 yesterday and got a great ceramic tint for the entire car with great and prompt service at a very reasonable price. Didn’t know that ceramic tint also keeps heat out, perfect for LA weather! Highly recommend America Tint!

Highly recommend coming here if you are looking to get your windows tinted. Everyone is very kind and the shop does a clean job. Prices are very fair. There was no pressure to choose a specific tint, but they offered to show me the difference between the regular, carbon, and ceramic with the heat lamp when I asked about the difference in performance. Needless to say, I went with the ceramic since it’s sunny here for most of the year.They leave it up to you to decide what you want done on your car. If you’re simply looking to get your windows tinted and don’t come in asking them to do a bunch of additional work, I don’t think you will find a place that beats the service and price that America Tint offers.

This is my first time to visit here because its too hot, so I need my window tints. There are three different types of window tints, regular, carbon, and ceramic. I chose a ceramic tint because out of these tints, it cuts off heat very well. Even though it is expensive, it is worth to pay it. My nephew took his car for tint and was given an exorbitant price of almost $500 dlls! He is young and didnt know any better and said yes. We arrived to cancel and they had not begun the work. They had already charged the full amount on the credit card and would not want to give the car back. We had to call the police who very gladly got our keys back and we drove off. We still need to dispute the charges...but the man working their literally kept the car hostage as he argued and was very rude to us. I would not recommend this place to anyone...good luck.. what ever happened to the old adage: The customer is always right?

I Googled Window tint shop near me and I found America tint on the Ad section, I gave them a call and asked how much is it for a car window tint, they said it is $249 for a SunTek Ceramic Tint Film, since I have a luxury car it is $10 more, it came out to be $259. I was ok with that and ask if they carry 3M product and they said No only SunTek. I took the chance and gave it a shot since I Have Never used SunTek, wanted to try it out and see how the Film is comparable with 3M; I trusted the reviews on Google, and Groupon, all the reviews were stellar with mostly 5 stars for their clean work, and good service.After my car was done with the tint I wanted to check it out and see if I had bubbles, scratches, or films cracks on all my windows. I was walking around examining it and the owner said just come back tomorrow, immediately I had a feeling they mustve messed up on something. The previous client also had a similar issue because he had bubbles appearing on his windows and the owner fixed it for him also gave him time to walk around and examine his vehicle, but The Owner did not give me time too look around my car and see if there was anything wrong with it. Instead the Owner kept telling me, just come back tomorrow, I do not have time. When I asked if you can take out this bubble on the passenger window, he kept on telling me that he is a professional and always saying, Come back tomorrow because the film is Lifetime Warranty. I am busy now. Keep in mind I was the only car that he was working on. I am disappointed at the way he treated me and rushing me to go back home. As a business owner he should know how to treat customers and make sure they are satisfied with the service.When I got back home I immediately checked on the tint and sure enough there was a film crack and some bubbles on the passenger windows! I immediately called them and a Lady spoke and obviously apologize when I told her about the situation that had occurred. So I am coming back to America Tint to get my window screen fix, hoping the situation will not happen again and hopefully they will fix it. I would NOT recommend anyone to come to this tint shop. If the Owner gave me 5-10 Mins there would not be a bad review, it would be a difference story and I would leave an 5 star review!BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS IN THEIR WORK!! If you plan on using a Groupon here, dont. As most of the negative reviews go, they do not honor the Groupon Vouchers worth nor do they value you as a customer.Although I saw all those bad reviews, my initial thoughts were to believe it was not the businesss fault but the miscommunication involved. Well... I was wrong.If you use the lowest grade films, it would not matter in the vouchers value. The issue occurs only if you decide to upgrade your tint films.I had asked for a quote, just to make sure I had a full understanding of what I would be paying. I also checked their website to review if what they were pricing me was consistent. They were, so I went forward with scheduling to get my car fully covered in the ceramic tint films.Here is where everything goes from bad to worse, I mentioned to them that I had a Groupon. At this point is where they re-quote me and tell me what I would need to pay upfront at the shop for the upgrade. I was confused as to why the total cost of the service would be MORE than my initial quote. So I brought this to their attention, and they reply stating they do not control the pricing on Groupon. I am sure they most likely had this issue arise before, instead of discussing and resolving this issue with me they continued to asked if would still be coming in for my schedule. (It did not occur to me that they wanted to rebook someone else for my time slot... until I received their last message stating they gave my appointment away.)l proceeded to break down calculations for them. If the value of the voucher is $200 and your ceramic tint is $259 then the total I would have to pay up front would be $59.They told me if I dont want to pay extra then just go with the regular tint. From the very beginning, I had mentioned I was only interested in ceramic films. I got quotes from many vendors, a few priced lower and they have 5 star ratings. (They are near the area, so look around.) However, I thought I would save a couple bucks (Their prices are higher, but if the Groupon is applied correctly you would save a little.) support a new local business.From our conversation, I discovered that they do not value the vouchers cost value you purchase them for. Instead, they go by their sale pricing. In my case, my $200 voucher is only worth $129 to them. (So basically, they can price your voucher at anything.)What is most upsetting is not the cost value of their services, but the fact that they do not try to work with you in getting to understand the situation and find a solution. To them, we are just numbers. They must be getting enough customers walking in where they do not care if they lose a few. It is a shame, I am a loyal customer and was already getting ready to schedule my next appointments after evaluating their work first. (I usually do all the researching for my family. There would have been another 10 cars lined up to get their tints done here.)Do not offer vouchers if you do not stand to honor them.I still cannot believe they just decided to give my appointment away without even asking me first if I wanted to cancel... what the actual heck.

We are third time returning customer since they did a good job in past, however not so this time and its our most expensive and luxury suv. Couple of windows had issues we werent satisfied with. Discovered one of the corners had tint creased when we rolled down after the cure period. Brought back to show them and they used a torch/heat gun to try to adhere it back instead of what I thought they would replace the film instead, on top of damaging the acoustic glass (the heat from the torch gun melted the material in middle in that area), and a smaller side window had some bubbles after the curing, they replaced it but the shade looks a little off..we got 35% but looks like 20%. Went back couple times to try to explain these and they just brushed us off. Disappointed in the customer service now 😒
