Mathnasium of West Covina helped my children prepare for private school entrance exams, both of them did really well. Lessons are done virtually which is not ideal, they do provide in-person instructions with limited seats, but I feel more comfortable doing lessons at home. Instructors are patient and very encouraging, the center director Rae is knowledgeable and very nice. I get progress reports emailed monthly, so I know what my children have been working on. They train students to be independent and get what they are doing, not memorizing steps without knowing why. Highly recommended.

The staff definetly keeps you up to date on what your child is doing and sends reminders on whats going on with the facility. Very friendly and knowledgeable and also they exercise positive reinforcement for the children, which encourages them to keep learning and builds confidence. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

I brought my son here and hes really enjoying it and stays engaged. Now I have also signed up my daughter and shes really enjoying it also. Great place.

My daughter has a better understanding of math and have been showing improvements. Director Rae is amazing and is flexible with our schedule. The facility is very clean and practices covid safety, with their mask, temp check, & social distancing. Thank you.

At the time of signing up, my daughter was slipping in grades and understanding of her math topics. After a month or so of Mathnasium, I received her school report card and it showed her grade improved. Whats more important, than improving in grades, is that she continues to like and appreciate the tutoring that she received from Mathnasium tutors. When the tutoring sessions moved online due to COVID-19, my daughter continued to attend her scheduled sessions. Rae, the center director, was very active in communicating with me about the transition to online and she continues to diligently deliver the services.

The best place for kids to learn more on math skills

Very impressed with the brand new spacious facility. Rae and instructors are very friendly and know how to motivate kids to learn, so far so good.
