Came in to.e, cab was clean and I was a buck short and the guy said dont worry brother Ill charge you extra buck next time. What a sense of humor at 3 am. Will use again.

I love this taxi service because they are always on time and the man is very polite. When i want to go to a grocery store they always wait outside patiently till I have finished with my shopping. Ill give them 10/10

STAY AWAY from this taxi service! I scheduled service on a Friday to get picked up on a Saturday Morning. Needless to say they never showed up. I called and asked why nobody showed up and a guy with a heavy accent could not give me a clear response. I asked if they would send someone but his response was that it would take up to 40 mins for a cab to arrive at my location. I told the guy forget about it and I called a diff taxi service instead.

Had a great experience with this cab, made it to me in a timely manner, and had a great chat with him about sports and made the whole experience one I wont forget

This service sucks its Halloween night at 11 I called to arrange for me mc my one year old to get picked up . They decided not to wander bs not call it is 1245 Im barley getting home from a differ taxi! Im pissed. Just had to complain.

Worst cab company in the entire world.Called about 2 hours prior to when I needed a taxi to schedule a taxi pick up. Was assured that taxi would arrive on time. When it was late 15 minutes... I called back and asked for an update... I was told taxi cab was on its way 2-4 minutes tops.I was lied to.When the cab didnt show up after 5 minutes, I called back. Got voicemail. I called several times after that, all my calls were ignored.The cab never showed up.. and since it was too late on a Saturday night to arrange another taxi ... I missed my flight.Rest assured I will be filing a formal complaint against JOSE BAHENA BUSTAMANTE the owner of this shady company... lying to a customer... disrespectfully ignoring their calls, and misleading them to the point that they LOSE MONEY and miss travel arrangements is absolutely unacceptable.Some advise... find a different cab company to schedule your travel with... this run of mill taxi is no good.
