I have to say, Carlos the retail associate manager is the best. This is the second time I had to replace my phone and everytime Carlos has been there to give me the best options for what works for me and my budget. He helped me set my phone very fun to talk to as well and the whole process so easy. Thank you so much Carlos.

Carlos was really helpful and patient with me when opening a new account. He listened to what I wanted and explored all my options for a new plan. The other employee, Johnny, also helped me find accessories for my new phone. They definitely made my experience at t- mobile a pleasant one .

If I could give Jonny 10 stars I would. I was really hesitant to come in into this T-Mobile store after I had a bad experience with the manger Eddie he was beyond rude and really horrible customer service, but I’m so thankful Jonny helped out my husband and I late on a Friday night and didn’t make us feel rushed, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Jonny is exactly what customer should be. Thank you so much for a great experience we appreciate you. We came in to upgrade our phones for the entire family, and Johnny was very kind to help us with it. We actually ran into a big issue because all of our new sims didnt work on our new phones for some reason and stayed at the store to troubleshoot for almost 5 hours. Throughout this stressful and tiring process, Johnny was very patient and did everything he could to help us, and after 2 days, our phones worked!Really recommend Johnny for his amazing customer service!

Carlos and Nick went out of their way to answer all my questions and made sure I knew everything I needed to know to get the best out of upgrading an existing phone line. I got the new iPhone 12 and they drove to another store to pick up the configuration I wanted! They even made sure I got all the promotions I was eligible for so I could make the most with the upgrade! 10/10 will come again.

After another T-Mobile store turned me down for my sim upgrade, these guys went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we needed.

Honestly the best customer experience I have ever had. The whole staff is very friendly, I had issues with the store previously, but the new manager Maria is so amazing and friendly. She is very patient and understanding, her and the whole staff of ladies that now work there go above and beyond to make sure all of your questions are answered. They helped me fix my bill that the previous employees had messed up and they were great with following up. I recommend anyone who has a bad experience in this store preciously give it another shot you will not regret it!!

I went there to make my payment, the guy helped me how to use the machine to make a payment. I paid a little more, did not ask for the extra. The guy told me the extra money will be applied on my next bill. Very helpful. I have been with Sprint since they started decades ago. They did not have a store yet that time . I got the tiny phone that I put on my neck at Radio Shack in LA.

No helpful customer service, indirect answers and information. We started we wanted a simple phone plan and they added on extra charges for services we declined. Poor management, lazy, young, uneducated employees. Service is slower than 3G. I highly recommend visiting Metro PCS across the parking lot. Hope nobody else gets jipped here. ** Update, I called to complain about how slow the service is and now my phone is even slower than before. What a spiteful business.

Worst of the worst experience. Manager is a liar and takes months to resolve issues. This store stole my returned purchase and tried to send me to collections. Kept saying the collection notices were “normal” and a “error in system.” They kept saying everything would be worked out once the delivery was processed, they convinced me it was taking long since it was near holiday, however customer care was saying there was no trace of return and wouldn’t drop the charges. I returned items in November and argued back and fourth with the store and customer service until February. Please save your time.

I tried to close my account on a time sensitive manner, the employees tried calling customer service to cancel for me, but claimed CS can’t help. They had me sign for my acknowledgment to have my account terminated, although I called in the next few days to find my account was still active.I went back 1 week later to attempt cancelation again, instead of helping they only gave me CS number and told me to call myself-not helpful at all..

Manager Maria is a bold face liar. They take your money and never follow through on any promises. Buyer beware! Spent over $3,000.00 with 2 new IPhones, XR, XS Max and an IPad Pro, and never got my IPad within the 30 days of service. Buyer BEWARE!!!Had all kinds of technical issues with Sprint service and none of there stores were equipped to handle any of the technical issues.I never received my IPad, and now I am having to jump through hoops of problems with getting my $1,300.00 deposit after having returned everything back weeks ago, and I am still getting charged for service that should have been cancelled. Now Sprint is saying that nothing has been sent back to initiate a refund, and they can’t reach anyone at the store to get an explanation.Although, the sales people there were very nice, they too are the victims, as Sprint has no proper infrastructure to handle anything more than to sell you a phone, they were were left in the dark on all other matters. The Manager Maria leaves her staff holding the bag, and has the staff making excuses for her for leaving people hanging.AVOID this Store like the PLAGUE and AVOID Sprint!
