My husband and I bought a Kirby vacuum from this company, after 10 months it stop working.We have called the phone number that was provided to us and all we get is an answering machine. We have been calling for a week now and not one return call.Doesn’t seem like good business.

First of all, stop harassing people in a senior park during a Pandemic that could kill them. Second, the guy that came to my door with NO MASK on went to the neighbor next and told her he had Covid. NOT FUNNY. At this point even if you offered a great service and deal I wouldnt use a company with this level of terrible employee behavior. No cleaning service that is required to make a spontaneous decision to immediately let them in to clean can be legitimate anyway.

So I was a little nervous about getting the free service done with everything going on I wasn’t sure if I wanted a strange representative in my home. I’m so glad I did!!!! The young man was professional, and the machine was amazing! They sanitized a whole room for free!!!!! I’ll def. be calling them in the future.

BEWARE!!!!Im the manager of a Senior Mobile Home Park. A canvasser and Salesman came into my Park and tried to sell some of my seniors a Kirby vacuum, which also cleans your carpets. While demoing the carpet cleaning attachments at one home the salesman was rude, when asked to leave he kept pushing his vacuum. Price started out at a whopping$2295.00, after several denials from the home owner the price was reduced to $1000.00. When the home owner said NO one last time the salesman got the canvasser, who was cleaning the carpet, and said were out of here. Carpet half shampooed. If the great salesman could read theres a big sign right across the street from the home he was trying so hard to sell his product that reads, NO SOLICITING, PRIVATE PROPERTY. I care about my seniors and dont want them to be forced to buy anything they can not afford. Especially from a pushy sales person. Hate to give them one star, but cant leave review without at least one star.
