I first visited this business in January 2018. My husband and I were looking for a Notary service for some important insurance documents we needed notarized. We met Eric and he was very friendly and professional. Recently my husband and I returned to 24hr anytime Postal to have adoption documents notarized and we received the same great service. I would definitely recommend this business to handle your notary needs

We signed up over the weekend. Did the notary session and got confirmation our mailbox is ready. Only to receive another email two days later saying it is not ready. I already spend hour trying to figure out what is going on- their notary put our business name Spider Cafe as Applicant name... So my first name is Spider. Last name Cafe. Incompetence comes to mind when dealing with this company. They email you with typos: revert instead of response so you have to figure out if you are reverting something... Waiting for them to correct their mistake which means I will have to spend more time dealing with them but if they cant correct it we will just use another service.

Not worth mentioning. Waste of my time going there.

I have had a box there for 3 years. Service is far better than the location I used to use. Mail Box clients have access to their mail 24 hrs. Packages must be picked up during business hours. Service has always been great. Wish they were open later, but I cant complain as they are open the same hours as my business

Do NOT trust these people. They are compulsive liars. They told me they would leave my mail out for me. I drove 2 hours each way, not to mention wasting gas and they never even left the mail out after they promised they would. They also said they wouldnt raise the rent, guess what, they did it anyway. Mailed in my renewal rent and when I went to the store, they denied receiving the check in the mail even after I showed them a copy of the cancelled check. Then and only then did they FINALLY give me credit, very poor business practices. The man is lazy, doesnt care about his customers and is a liar. He also told me he would give me a partial refund on the phone if I kept the box 6 months and when I asked him for the refund (I only kept it 2 month of the year) he said, I dont know what you are talking about. I never said that. Doesnt know anything about running a business and I guarantee they will be out of business in a year or two. Too many people you can get mail from Everyone is complaining about them. Dont use them!
