Our postman Roger at our little substation in West Covina near Tokyo Central is the best! He is incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. He makes going to the post office a very pleasant experience! Hes a real asset to the US Post Office.

The first time I have had a bad experience with this location. Will they get the job done? Yes. Will they be condescending and have a sour attitude towards you? Also yes.Will be going to another location to ship my packages in the future.

Our West Covina, CA. US Post Office, serving the 91790 area has been closed for a year and a half after promise that it would be refurbished and reopened. Again mail that we put out at our residence yesterday, Saturday, for pick up was passed by because we had NO Delivery on Saturday again.Our mail delivery is terrible. Different people on the route and sometimes it comes by noon and then anywhere till 8:00 pm. Service now is the worst it has ever been.As time passes it just seems to get worse. All the local convenient drop boxes have been removed and the lines at the other Post Office locations have increased. No longer customer friendly.Roy Hedrick

Had an unpleasant experience with the clerk who handles P.O Box services. He was Condescending a a somewhat sarcastic.

Lost my package and were supposed to get back to me after they investigated 2 weeks and no answer. Not even my emails sent asking for an answer during those 2 weeks. When a mistake was made by a previous sender they got back to me within days. Seems like when its their fault customers get ignored.

Bad zero ice are lazy workers that don’t want to give the time of day. The delivery people look so sloppy even dirty my husband works for another delivery company and with strict dress code

They steal packages !Do not use this USPS office !You package will be gone forever. They can just peal off the label and put onto others’ package.NEVER USE THIS OFFICE !

My West Covina branch near Westfield mall was closed recently, and the first International package I am expecting gets lost. The notice was placed on my neighbors door over a week ago and the number on the notice comes up invalid...as in not scanned in! Now how do I get my item? I’ve already been waiting since early February. Now what can I expect for other packages I have coming from around the globe?

Very nice woman working their was very helpful and had a nice smile. Very unexpected and I appreciated it.

Rude workers didn’t even help me out, first time using postal service and they do not care about what your shipping they just throw your stuff everywhere.

Terrible place. Always a 20 to 30 minute wait to get my mail. The window for P O boxes is never open !! Lobby is packed with people wanting stamps, mailing packages etc etc. Only one clerk is working !! Terrible, should not be happening !!!

A Chinese woman with extremely bad service attitude refused to transact business on Saturday and charged the late fee next week. I dont understand.
