Great experience! Alla is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me completely. My old hearing aids from a different company were not very comfortable and they did not seem to improve my hearing much so I tended not to wear them unless I went outside of the house. The Signia hearing aids Alla fitted me with are so light and comfortable that I forget that Im wearing them. She did very thorough testing and fitted me with the hearing aids that were appropriate for my needs. I hear things so much better now and I have had to turn down the volume on my TV and computer. I am also very happy that these are rechargeable hearing aids so I dont have to worry about batteries dying on me and then have to safely dispose of them.

They are state of the art. I can’t believe the immediate difference in my hearing ability. I love the different options I can choose depending on the environment I’m in. I have done business with other big name brands hearing aids companies and was very satisfied. But HearUSA definitely came over the top with the product and the service. I love it!!!

Everything went as smooth as silk. Alla explained everything I needed to know. I asked questions and she was more than welcome to answer them as I was a first timer in the hearing aid game.

I have been coming to this place like 4 times already to get my hearing aids adjusted. The lady that takes care she is rude when directing to you who is done. But I see here is your the customer and she is the worker. I am not saying she does not know what she is doing but her attitude is not helpful, so be aware of that

I needed help with my hearing devices and they gave me a same day appointment. It was a fairly simple fix and quite quick. Very friendly and clean place.
