I wish i could rate 0 stars but I cant. We scheduled a pick up and our pick up window was missed and we were expecting a delivery that same day. So we were left with the junk and the new stuff. No answers from phone, text or Google messages. Terrible service. You try to help a small business and they completely ignore your business. It is now 2.5 hours past our pick up window as I write this review. Do not waste your time and spend a little extra elsewhere.

I called Dean to have a couple of mattresses picked up and he was very courteous and professional over the phone. My junk was picked up within hours and he sent me an invoice via email for payment that was easy to use. Overall very happy with the service and I would use it again.

Made appt and didnt hear from Dean for 2 1/2 hours, but later he called and said he was on another job. I get it & respect a working man, especially in times of Covid. Bottom line, job got done.

Great Service provided. Rates are not too expensive
