Im scheduled for Sunday but u guys change it to Monday and u guys wants me to call first on Monday??? Im a customer and so what if ur warehouse is full. First of all sira na nga kayo saken the first time na nirecommend kayo and u guys supposed to come between 3-5pm on Feb 28 but yall showed up almost 11pm tapos eto na naman!!! U guys are so unprofessional mura nga kayo bagsak ang service nyo!!! I GUESS U GET WHAT U PAID FOR!!!
Its almost 4 months my box were not received yet as of this time. They have too many excuses & didnt answer my message, it should take 45 days. I understand bec for pandemic but its too much its almost 4 months!!!!!

Their courier who picks up balikbayan boxes for the Philippines, is rude and disrespectful. My mom has been calling them to follow up on a balikbayan box she sent to the Philippines as it was long overdue. Aris, the Courier rudely yelled at my mom not to call and to just use other cargo services if she keeps on calling. What a way to treat customers. Do not use this cargo services!
