The prices for self service printing is a little high, but they came to the rescue when my home printer broke down. Very nice workers and a clean location.
Great crew very courteous and helpful. Because I’m a repeat customer most of the team greets me by my first name. Desmond, Kimberly, Michael, and the rest of the team are awesome.
The well dressed manager/lead girl (didnt catch her name) seemed tired of helping people and gave me confusing directions to print on stock paper at the self serve copier with attitude. Another employee, named Nadine, was very helpful and polite. She helped me finish my print with ease and I was in and out quickly because of her. Thanks to her! Not the manager/lead. Ironic.

This is a good place Ive been here at different times of the day different days of the week and everybody is very helpful. I got to say this last person I believe name was Aaron help me out laminating a note for my grandfather that is no longer with us that Ive been keeping in my wallet and Ill be able to keep it for a much longer time with it being laminated. To the people are FedEx it was just an everyday thing regular old job little do they know sometimes people in there or doing things that mean a lot to them and their positive attitude really matters to us
Went there to ship my luggage, and there is a girl helped me(didnt catch her name, asian face)In total I have 4 pcs, lost twoI called the customer service them said one label falls off and one they couldnt recognize which luggage is mine(similar to label missing)They needs to learn basic job duty which is how to place labels
They just ask you to leave the package there without offering a receipt. Then your lackage will just disappeared. U can guess whatHappened. They wont help you. Just say there is nothing we can do. Steal package and unfriendly service. Dont go there.
All the women employees were very nice and helpful,but the main guy (Philip i think) there was the rudest person Ive ever had the displeasure of talking to. He literally mansplained addresses to me unpromted, had a superiority complex and talked down to people, and overall made me never want to use FedEx again. Ive never left a bad review on a place before, but that guy was an jerk. Dont go to this FedEx, go to the one in Baldwin Park or the UPS store nearby. Or the post office 10 mins away.

I drove 30 mins to get to this office since its the closest one to me and then Im told that I cant print out within the first hour because seniors have priority. I understand that but NOWHERE IN YOUR BUSINESS HOURS OR DOORS DOES IT SAY THAT!! I used to be a regular costumer, but the way the employee said it is what it is rudly said to come back on the second hour. IM VERY ANGRY AT THE FACT THAT YOU GUYS COULDNT POST A SIGN to let customers know your priorities.
Horrible service! Avoid at all costs. They tried to use bait and switch.First, we had to wait 15 minutes to get a customer service person.When she did come over, she quoted a price different from the phone. When I reminded her of her phone quote, she remembered and quoted that price.Next, she got on the phone with her colleagues to give us another price. She was on the phone trying to get a different, more expensive quote. After 30 minutes, she got a much higher quote.In addition to charging a 100 times the amount, she wanted to collect a full deposit. However, she she could not, wouldnt say the full amount.But wait theres more... She said it was likely that the amount was going to be more.There was no invoice. Nothing was written down. They refused to write anything down.At the end of the day, this wasnt the kind of shop that FedEx/Kinkos normally manages. This shop wasted our time, tried to cheat us and definitely insulted us.Save your money and time.
I was at this location yesterday (1/12/18). I must say, the young gentlemen (Aaron) that helped me was amazing. I didnt know how to use the copy machines and he was very patient helping me. I have plans on doing some shipping and he was very informative and very very very professional. Thank you Aaron for making my experience at your store wonderful.

Looks like the previous employees who dont like helping customers are gone and are replaced with enthusiastic personnel. Though the ones that never left and have been there since (like Desmond & Michael) really go above and beyond customer service.
My print was too dark but one of the staff, Kyle, patiently helped me find the right lighting by doing a few trial and error prints. The service was really great and the staff hold a sense of responsibility for the quality of your prints!Thank you Kyle for the great experience!
I have been here multiple times recently and I am usually unimpressed and left relatively unsatisfied with the experience. I just went here and was pleasantly surprised by an employee named Kyle who worked there by his attitude, knowledge, professionalism, and helpfulness. He really raised the quality of the print shop and it was an obvious change to what I have come to expect from this print shop. If you go here, find Kyle. He will help you out. 5 stars.

The FedEx Office Print and Shipping has great customer service. They remind me of the Kinkos stores (by the way FedEx bought Kinkos). The have computers for use, print and copy services and of course shipping services. To ship items to the east coast next day delivery make sure to drop it off by 5pm while west coast items need to be dropped off by 7pm
We went there at 7:30pm, on a Monday, to use the Print-N-Go and to get a small run of signs for our business marketing... They were under staffed and those working were trying too juggle too many customers at one time... This resulted in NO single customer was being tended to adequately... Pretty much looked like a traffic jam with the ones who were supposed to direct traffic looking and acting like chickens with their heads cut off... Tend to one customer at a time, and notify the waiting customers that they will be tended to as soon as reasonably possible... We ended up just paying for the copies we made at the Print-N-Go automated system and left... Well get our marketing materials elsewhere...

These crooks! I went in to print a single shipping label for 14 cents and they charged my card $15 under the name OnceHub. I had to file and claim with my bank and file a complaint with BBB. Shady business practices
Nice, clean, and very professional sorted out FedEx location. My only issue was the manager conversing with clients in a not so professional manner. I was in line for returns that were already affixed with FedEx returned labels. The woman in front of me had some questions and, from what I presume was the manager, was vague and to some extent, not answering her questions fully. In essence, the woman was shipping a belonging and she did not have it boxed. The manager kept stating the FedEx box price without emphasizing what other services were available and also that the woman was more than welcomed to package her item in her own box.The woman just gave up and bought a box just to end the confusion and get her items shipped.When I turned in my items, he weighed them and gave me my tracking number receipt. As I walked away he called me over and began to explain to me that I cannot ship any loose items, and that FedEx would not allow to have those items shipped. I had explained to the gentlemen that the package was received, by FedEx, in the same manner. I did not open the box. I merely placed the FedEx return label on. He stated the same thing several times, with each time my telling him this was the way I received it. And, if there was an issue, it should be addressed to corporate, or the distribution office. He smirked and stated that I am not getting it. Then telling me he would have to open it so he can package the loose items properly and that I would be charged. I stated that I would not be charged because I did not open it, and I am just returning it. If anyone is to be charged it would be the company who shipped it. After which he asked for me to follow him so I can see him opening the box to wrap the internal items and ensure nothing was done wrong. I simply stated that it was ok, he can proceed to package the items as he sees fit. He thanked me and I walked out. In a customer driven world and economy, I firmly believe this gentlemen could have and should have handled the situation better. I am in no way upset, nor remotely angry. Just hoping reviewing my experience. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident.
As a business user and road warrior, I routinely need to stop of at a FedEx Kinkos for a quick [last minute] print out of a document before seeing a customer or make changes to a document and its not worth going back to my home to make those changes. This particular facility no longer has a space for those who use their own laptops, I guess they want you to use their [overpriced] on-site computers. Shameful. Also, this is the only [FedEx] facility that I have visited that does not have a public restroom, they make you go next door to a food establishment.The only upside is that they are open 24 hours.

It is the worst shipping shop I have visited. I tried to drop off a return box in this shop. The staff kept on picking my box. I repacked with prefect box and returned, but she still gave me one excuse after another to refuse my drop off. Her last excuse is my box is used. I better pay her to repack it again. She is the worst shipping staff I ever encountered. All she did is to refuse your package, and sell you her service. Avoid Rosie like a plague. I took the same box to other Fedex office, they looked at the packing and took it without even asking a word.

Ive gone to this Fed Ex location with perfectly acceptable packages,and on three separate occasions had them rejected by the same person behind the counter each time, who offered to repackage for a fee. I took the last one to a different FedEx store and the employee there laughed over the fact that it had been rejected, since it was in great condition. Id avoid this location, as you will likely just waste your time. Hope this helps.

Needed to print my b&w resume... when I printed, nothing came out and i asked qhy, and i was told the b&w printer was down... so I was told to go back on and print on the color printer.. . Being that it already charged me I would be refunded. When I left and looked at the refund copy. He refunded me for the b&w copies and not the color which was more expensive...

Too slow,and expensive。i send a package from LA,cost $11,my colleague cost $4 with usps ,sent same time,Her package arrived three days ahead of mine。The staff told me to arrive in four days, but it took seven
I needed to scan something and email it, I was able to do that here. Its not cheap, but its cheaper than having a scanner at home.
Staff was helpful when we couldnt complete our color copies at self-service area.
Went there to shop a hard drive to a studio for work. I asked if they could look up my account and add bubble wrap to my shipping order. The guy behind the counter said that he could not look it up for me (its been done at other FedEx Ship Centers). I asked if he could help me find my account number on one of the computer station (I didnt know at the time where I could find my account number online) and said he couldnt do that as well. He then suggested that I used an old shirt to protect the hard drive, which is totally ridiculous if I am sending out a hard drive from a business. This place was the most unhelpful Ship Center I have ever been to. After I found my account number, I added the bubble wrap and was able to ship my package, no thanks to any of the employees, Overall this place is a waste of time with a rude and unhelpful staff. Avoid this ship center at all costs unless it is absolutely necessary.

Came in for business cards but couldnt just replicate them luckily Desmond knew the tools at his disposal and found a way to save me money and quickly recreate my own business cards for under 40 bucks other places just asked me for flash drive or a CD ohh and ready next day
Horrible...customer service sucked need to be retrained. Workers didnt even know some of the services they provide. The only 2 computers with scanner didnt work. The 3rd someone was generous enough to let me use that station as soon as he got off the computer didnt work. Clerk was clueless on what to do next. Will NEVER go to this one again.

As one of my satellite location for shipping, Ive been personally coming to this particular office ( 467 N Azusa Ave West Covina, CA 91791 ) for about 10 years now... even back when they were still KINKOS. Today would have the be THE MOST UNPLEASANT visit I have ever had. The manager MICHAEL, was the one at the counter helping me, I had packaged up a shipment containing payroll and used an airbill, I turned around to throw away a trash as I do not want to add to what was already on the dirty floor and when I turned back, this manager ripped apart the airbill. And when I asked what are you doing, he simply replied, we dont use airbill anymore ( NOT TRUE confirmed by another manager at a different location and also confirmed by 1800GOFEDEX) So I told him well no I need you to use that airbill with that TRACKING number. Its what I had already recorded and submitted to the company. I cannot change it and the people at the office where Im sending it to will not be able to change it easily as we ship and receive packaged in the thousand per day.He told me he will give me a new tracking number. I told him thats not the point. you didnt have to rip the airbill YOU COULD OF ASK FIRST and tell me I cant use them. He said well I can e mail you the tracking number. And I said thats fine but YOU DONT JUST RIP OFF THE AIRBILL WITHOUT ASKING. I NEED THAT TRACKING NUMBER, I could bring this to a different FED EX office or CALL and have it picked up in which YOU WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO ACCEPT IT... Since im using my account with fedex I could just leave this package on the counter so what would of happened then, I would not have the correct tracking number because YOU would rip it off and change it. And said That is correct, you will not have the correct tracking number ( AGAIN ALSO NOT TRUE, CONFIRMED by another manager at a different location and 1800GOFEDEX, both informed me that they will have to use the tracking number on the airbill. they cannot change it without our knowledge first. )This MANAGER, MICHAEL, is just being stubborn and have a POWER TRIP ( and that using words trying to keep this message rated PG. )MICHAEL, If you are reading this and I hope you do see this, YOU NEED TO LEARN SOME MANNERS AND learn how to PROPERLY EXECUTE HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. You are not FIT as a manager. Some of your employees that I have encountered are better fit for your job tittle. I believe the whole thing was captured on your security camera so you can deny it all you want when your corporate office calls you and investigate. Im sure they don not want to lose a multi-million dollar account because of YOU!!! Have a wonderful day!

I almost always get terrible customer service here. They never want to print my large documents or large quantities for me and tell me there is a wait period. If I need something done at 3 am, then I need it done asap.I only come here if there is no other option.
