Terrible. I attempted to get counseling for my son, but it never worked out. I stated that email was the best way to reach me, they never tried to contact me this way. Wait list was incredibly long, I had to chase them up to finally get a virtual appointment. The therapist reached out and set up a day/time, then never gave me the details of how she was going to reach us (zoom, google meet, etc). I waited for her to send the relevant info for his first session, up until minutes before our appointment time, assuming she would at least call or text a few mins before to arrange the meet; she never did. 20 mins past his appointment time I called to inform the office the therapist had missed the appointment, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful.I do not recommend this place at all for mental health services. If they are this unorganized and unreliable before they even begin, I have little faith in their abilities. If this place has worked for others, I am glad for them, but I will not be pursuing services for my son here.

I have worked here for some time as a guard and the staff here are very nice and understanding. Not to mention they are truly kind to the children here.

Rude staff they dont care about your child. They dont take the time to see or talk to your child, dr just writes a prescription & thats it all done.
