So yesterday of march 8 2021 i called hi do you have a job available they said yes i went in did a paperwork...then went to the job they told theres no available like gas is getting expensive im like wth i could have been sleeping.

I currently work for a union but was grateful for their call of needing an employee, got my chance of hopping back on a forklift again for a good wage of 17.50 an hour...only terrible incidents Ive had with this staffing agency is the unreliable service of getting my checks.1.)The first check I received was given to me through the hands of the employer I had at the time, the fact that it was handed to me at 12:30am on a saturday morning.. which delayed my funds from being fully deposited until the following Wednesday (5 days later..)2.) I had called the office to ask if I might be able to receive my check because i was stuck in traffic after working in el segundo, l was told that even though the office closes at 5 that there would be somebody there to accommodate me in being able to receive MY MONEY. As I was outside the office waiting patiently after even verifying and calling to let them know I was close by i saw a lady approaching the door to exit. She proceeds to close the door as I was telling her that I called about my check and she then tells me, Were closed. I begin too speak and she then interrupts me with Nope. We close at 5. And runs past me straight to her car.. left me standing there like a fool.. to wait for my money until monday.. All she had to do was give me my check, after being told I would be able to grab it...I am now having to wait for my check another 3 days..I write this post really in regards about the lady who rudely escaped the office with no intent of helping out a previous employee...The agency is really great, the staff have been very kind and helpful.. but This woman though.. really made me this mad, too leave this ugly review at 6:30pm on a Friday night outside of the office.. really cant wait to talk to her when I receive my check on monday.. -.-

THEY DONT PAY YOU ON TIMEEver since I started working here I never got paid the amount that was correct. I had to talk to the manager every time just so they can fix my paycheck. They wont even make the adjustments right there and then they made me wait up to another week to fix their mistakes

They don’t even know what Payroll company they use, pathetic.Bad communication on letting you know where and when you are getting your paycheck. Also, when you first start, they don’t give you your paycheck that first week you have to wait until the next week, again, they do not communicate that with you so be ready.

One of the worst agencies I’ve ever applied to. Staff really rude, lazy to even say good morning. People calling for jobs and they too lazy to even check for jobs and they just kept saying to call later. They should just close down or get new staff. Don’t go waste your time.

This place is a nightmare... Called about getting my check and got a run around about how they cant give me it. Then they get really rude with you ( Jackie ) like its not your money or like they paying you from their pockets... They added fake notes in there system about me calling days after I had originally called in just so they wouldnt have to give me my check within the 72 hours they had upon me quitting so they wouldnt have to cut a check before payroll on friday.. laziness.... they try to treat everybody like they dont know the law or what your rights are. Worst experience ever, definitely never coming back ....

Prior to, I had tried several other agencies. with those I experienced many similar problems, checks undelivered, lack of good communication, refusal to acknowledge the employees basic agreed upon rights. Best agency ever #1 in the LA area

I was placed on a night shift because it was paid more and thats what they told me but actually the night shift at first shift pay the same I was so pissed off that they lied to me. The first day when I called them up to look for a job they told me the only thing they had available was for only for women I feel like Im being discriminated against so I called the other agency to talk to her and then the other lady called me back with a bunch of job offer there are a bunch of lazy people.

I would like to comment on the Citi staff location in West Covina.... I would like to thank Michelle one of the staffing counslers,. You made a difference in my life and kids life without knowing... I applied at the office with a very rude staffing member Rachel... Who turned me away after the application and told me to just keep calling in to see if there was work available... Meanwhile she was giving jobs left and right to other people, some applying for the first time ... I was in a real time of need, I applied all over the city and no one would offer me a job., Every time I called Citi staff Rachel would answer and give me the same answers nothing at the moment call back tomorrow in a very type of annoyed voice tone... Till one day I guess she didnt come in to work or idk but Michelle answerd and offered me a job for second shift, but I told her I couldnt do to childcare.... so she said Ill put u on the available list.. later that day close to 5 oclock she called me back and asked if I was interested in a 1shift job with a company temp to hire ... That was the miracle I needed.... ive been working for the company now for 4 months ...I was able to keep a roof under my head and my childrens. And you were so nice wen I went to pick up the job information . God bless you and your family.. Thank you ...
