If you’re looking for a custom, well made, quality flag, look no further! I was so impressed with how durable this flag was. I ordered a double sided flag and was able to upload my custom logo very easily and adjust the colors to my preferences. The turn around time was 2-3 weeks. This was one of the most affordable flags on the market, and better yet, made in the USA! I’m very pleased and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

Since you like to pad your reviews on your website. I will post here. Do not buy from this company. Placed an order, got a proof email then afterwards crickets... Finally realizing I havent received my order, sent an email. Got the nonchalant response and typical excuse the order was lost in the mail. Even though I never received an email stating your order is in processing or being shipped. Only options were refund or wait another 3 weeks for flag. So the order was never processed to begin with! Never again order from this company.

Worst customer service ever. They canceled my flag for absolutely no reason I emailed them trying to figure out where my flag was but instead they canceled my order and sent me the refund. Also why is the money sent from a Chinese account on PayPal if they claim to be in California!

My first order with Anley flags took all of one month and a half I ordered the 2x3 double-sided flag and the 4x6 double sided flag the colors were not consistent where it was blue on my custom flag nevertheless I wasstill excited... This company produces quality flags I will not lie however getting in contact with someone its like pulling teeth with no tools I have over 1,000 orders that are waiting to be placed with these guys I already spent over $2,000 the day before yesterday I wanted to get in contact with the sales team to talk about my business needs this is very frightening to me that I cannot get a response as I have over 10,000 back orders Im afraid to place those orders with this company because of this I feel like I need to look for someone else that can handle that load we need help and we need it now. When I am able to get someone on email they are very nice I have no complaints but the issue is getting them to reply back to your emails or even just a simple phone call to straighten things out I am trying to do big business here but it does not seem like they are interested other than that their flags are quality and when you do get to speak to someone they are very nice

Beware this company we bought 3 flags from them back on 10/22/2020 Max sent us a reply stating it the package was sent on 12/11/2020 and here it is 12/29/2020 18 days later we still have not received it. We started and paid for this process back on 10/22/2020 clearly no reply email from 12/22/2020 asking for a refund and tracking # is fake. Please do yourself a favor stay away from this company.

Had a communication error with expected delivery dates but even though they are short staffed right now they blew me away with the quality of the product and their customer care!!! I genuinely wish I could rate them more than 5 stars!!
