Top notch! Professional, kind, and altogether great. I have gotten clothes dry-cleaned, shirts altered, a small rug cleaned and donated to their clothing drive. The wide range of services that they offer helps me conquer to-do lists. And their calm, attentive disposition is always a plus. Aside from excelling in cleaning, they do a fantastic job with alterations.

Because of their high review score, I brought 3 pair of expensive pants to do Pants Hem (to make the pants shorter), only 1 pair turned out ok; for the other pair they did a very sloppy job the sewing line was not straight and made the pants crooked, and after one rework it still looks very poorly made, and had to take it to a different tailor to redo it; then for the 3rd pair they could not even make the 2 legs same length, and after 2 rework the length of the 2 legs are still different and they left multiple small holes on the pants.......terrible...........Although the owner was nice, but that doesnt really help on my loss, and their tailor sure was not suitable for the job or has a very poor working attitude......terrible.............!!!!!!!!!Update: just add 2 photos of the pants with the leg length uneven work, and you the sloppy sewing job the tailor does on this pants too.Feedback on the owners comments, I am not looking for refund or anything like that, just want to show what was the result for the pants after not 1 but 2 reworks (see the photos the leg length is still not even, and threads are drop out all over the pants edge), plus that means 2 extra driving trip for the 2 reworks......

Brought a pretty expensive dress where i had spilled something on, they took it out which was fine but it wasn’t till a few weeks later where i actually looked up close and saw that they had made two rips on it i am pretty upset because the other side was okay and the guy in the front did not say anything when giving me the dress. they made a mistake and made two holes on the dress but didn’t notify me that they had made a mistake when cleaning the dress . i find that pretty unprofessional for not telling the buyer about a flaw like two rips on a dress . just super disappointingi called and brought the dress back for them to fix it but it is still noticeable i appreciate their efforts in trying to fix it but it still hurts to see . it was my first time experience and will not be coming back to this place

I came in with an urgent request to alter my tuxedo shirt. They measured the shirt immediately and returned my shirt in two days. My oversized shirt now has a fitted modern look and the hemming is clean.

I always bring my clothes here. I used to wash my clothes, but the print always fades and the white turns yellow. I stopped washing myself and had my clothes dry cleaned, and they come back just like before!The good thing about this place is that the person working there understands the brands and the value of the clothes. They truly care about the clothes and will always take care of what we bring in, even though theyre a small shop.

I took my wedding dress here to get it cleaned and stored. They did an AMAZING job. They were able to get all the stains and dirt out and the dress came out a startlingly beautiful white. I had nicked my finger the day of the wedding and gotten a few spots of blood on my dress before I realized. They were even able to get those stains out. In the storing process, they were able to make it airtight so that it doesnt get dirty. I also take my husbands suits here to get cleaned and pressed and they do a great job everytime. The customer service is great and very friendly. Ill definitely be a returning customer.

I just wanted to do a quick review, these guys were absolutely awesome, I’m flying out of state today, and bought some pants last night that were too long, and needed something done quick, and Chris and his wife helped me out and did a super rush, very respectful polite and great customer service I just felt they should be acknowledged, if you guys need your clothes cleaned pressed or hemmed, please give them a shot ! Clean and presentable facility.Snacks, candy and beverages were offered during consultation.I came in to get my wedding dress fixed. The person who was measuring me and was very detailed with what I wanted. As well as what she was able to do with my dress. The lady was understanding and a great listener. I had an additional dress that the lady was able to dry clean.The lady input my information and gave me a receipt and within two days I received a text message and a phone call with a voicemail notifying that my dresses were ready.I had my father picked up my wedding dresses for me and he told me how happy he was with their service and hospitality

I finally decided to try this place years ago when I was so behind in laundry and had no time to do it for at least another week. Id been driving past this place everyday on my way to work. I brought in a ridiculously huge bag of laundry and I assured the man behind the counter I would understand if it wouldnt be ready until the next week. He smiled and assured me it would probably be ready in two days, but it was ready the next day! And I got a text to tell me it was! I have met other of the family members that work here and theyve all been so nice and gone out of their way, even helping me carry my huge order back to my car. This place accepts card or cash, they say to make more convenient. They also have the best price Ive come across in the city. They deserve 5 more stars!

This place is great! Very fast and have friendly service. I get shirts and pants done and it is great to not have to do that myself. I have more time and I get a better result. Price is decent; given you get what you pay for. I will continue to drop my clothes off here from now on.

Right before graduation, I ordered a dress online to wear. It was too loose in the front, the chest area was dragging down! So I had to find an Alterations place to help shorten the front of my dress to fit for the ceremony. I went everywhere, but couldnt find a shop that would get it done in time. Actually, most places I went to had to send their clothes out, but not this store! I was surprised at how hospitable their people in the front are! It was a young couple, they were so professional with the fitting, they knew exactly what we needed! Come graduation, the dress fit perfectly. Ive never been to an actual mom and pop shop, but this is one of them. I tell all my friends to come here, they deserve it!

I am very skeptical of cleaners sometimes because not all handle your clothes with care. West Covina Parkway Cleaners and Alterations is hands down the best dry cleaners I have ever been to. They get the job done well! I dropped off my dress and cardigan on Sat and it was ready Tues. The clothes were clean and well pressed. Prices are affordable and the quality of work is matchless.

You can trust them with anything from silk to heavy beading to delicate organza! They can even undo mistakes from other places. All in all great service, great cleaning :)

Wow, my fathers suit, which is quite important as it was passed down by my great grandpa, was stained when I borrowed it for a play. I brought them a pair of trousers that showed the brunt of my poor decision to soak myself in red wine. They were light gray and all signs pointed to disaster. One day later, I got them back without a trace of wine. Fantastic. Also, prices are very reasonable and my husband loves them just as much as I do for his pants and polo.

My wife is a police officer and dropped her uniforms off here to be dry cleaned for the first time. These people stained all 3 of her uniforms very noticeably and never even mentioned anything to her when she received them back before she inspected them.Horrible service and especially critical problem for my wife whose got to maintain a pristine appearance in her position. Do not take any important clothes to be dry cleaned here.

I’m so impressed with the service this cleaners have! Sometimes I don’t have time to drop off my clothes, because all cleaners have regular business hours, but I called them and asked them to stay open a little later for me, and they were so accommodating! I’m so busy for work, but if I give them a call, they fit me for alterations and accept my dry cleaning or a pick up after their business hours. They truly make dry cleaning what it’s supposed to be, CONVIENENT!

They really care about customer satisfaction, they want your clothing looking as perfect as possible. When I picked up my dry cleaning they noticed a small mark on one of my pieces and offered to redo it or a discount. Very nice.

If you want your hats destroyed look no further! They destroyed my slightly used last caps. Little lint balls were formed all around the cap and the inside was burnt and discolored. I asked them about it and they said they dont clean them in house and they sent it out. I let them keep it to try to fix it since it was still dirty and they didnt do a thing to them. Never coming back. They didnt even admit guilt even tho they said they still look dirty and saw the discoloration and thread balls. They didnt offer any money back or anything. I lost over a hundred bucks on 4 hats. Never coming back.

I brought a fur jacket to have them resew and clean. I was so amazed as the jacket looked brand new (you can no longer see the rip on the fur) and the fact they clean fur in a week. I bring my regular dry cleaning here always, but they do the special items too!
