Horribly understaffed. They have extremely long waits. The appointments on line are so limited its difficult to find a spots. Its like going to the DMV but with needles.. Most of the phlibotomists are friendly and gentle once you get in.

Scheduling an early appointment is difficult so Ive arrived early twice without one. The staff does seem a bit stressed and rushed but always courteous and helpful. They re also very efficient. The lab techs are skilled and never any bruising or discomfort. Really appreciate them all and the fact that it opens at 6:30 AM.

Came in as a walk in was told 40-60 minutes. 80 minutes go by and still nothing asked how much longer 30 minutes. Receptionist kept telling everyone 1 hour wait even tho she knew how busy they were

I had an excellent experience today at lab Corp West Covina location. Last week I walk-in to the hunting drive Arcadia location for walk-in with my husband, there are no other patients and they are not busy. However, that mean lady said it’s not by appointment only. Today I went to West Covina, I was greeted by Heidi and she did an amazing job for customer service and was able to draw my blood only at one attempt. When I go to other places, even nurses have hard time to find my vein and draw my blood, but Heidi did it fast and easily! I think they provide good customer service as well as good technique for what they are doing! :)

NEVER GO HERE. Web site says they close at 5pm. This location closes at 2pm. Web site says they take walk in customers. Employee refused to serve me, said appointment only. I was the only person in the office. I was the only customer there. Sorry need scheduled appointment for service. Can you make one now, since Im the only one here. No. So Quest diagnostic was next door and I went there. Absolutely no problem.

Theres never any parking and your parking area is too crowded and small parking stalls

My experience here was pleasant the two receptionists were so friendly and helpful. The phlebotomist was professional and really friendly as well.

Fast and easy.

First off, Carla drew my blood and she was excellent. It was Heidi who made my impressions of this place negative. She was rude and full of air of “I’m in charge . “ The patients are at her mercy from the moment they walk in. She doesn’t greet you, she won’t acknowledge your automated check in, doesn’t answer questions, and she insisted calling me by my middle name. I said my first name three times and asked her to call me by that. Then she called me by my last name. ??? Is it because I am an Asian and my middle name is an Asian name? Then she sends me to a room still has a patient. I come out on my own to wait some more. Then as I was waiting after the patient for a nurse, Heidi comes in telling me to move to another room grabbing my hand bag. All this is done with absolutely no care regards to me. I am not a sack of potatoes. Or maybe, to her, I am. She seemed to be kind when she was talking to Hispanic patients. She hates Asians?

This place gets worse ever time I go here. You have to manually enter your info ever time you come. Always understaffed and unorganized. Still get bill by mistake. Really dreadful. The staff is not so willi to help

The LabCorp in Covina is AMAZING!! You dont need an appointment, even on a Saturday. If they are busy they still fit you in. The receptionist Poonam, was AWESOME! She has a great attitude, is friendly and outgoing. She even apologized for us being turned away from the other LabCorp. My husband even liked the lady that drew his blood. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LabCorp!!

Best lab work Ive ever had. I dont do well with needles. My arm gets very sore easily and I bruise as well. The lab tech I had was Rosemary Madrid. She was great! First time I ever had painless lab work. She was nice, listened to my concerns and was very personable. The reception desk was also amazing and accommodating. I was in and out in about 15-20 min. I will only come here for lab work again if I need it!

Calvin S. was the best! I have really small veins and a lot of phlebotomists have a hard time finding them which equals a lot of pain for ne. But not Calvin!! He knows what he’s doing and has a great personality. Highly recommend Calvin S.!

My daughter got lab work done here for a job she applied to. The gentleman was nice offered us information about what kind of test we needed and gave us a discount.

They tell you whats here but not where wonder around if ur lucky u might fine ur room if not,not even asking noone knows anything..they keep telling u ur next ur next 3-4 hours later ..ur actully next miss communication

There are 3 express check in kiosk and the lady at the would not let people use them only when she said that they. Much slower then signing in on paper. Ridiculous!

Rude, unfriendly and they talk like their robots, I will never go there again.

Super slow, at least 2 hours to get out of there and fasting. I have gone to other places and this is the worst.
