Got there early for my appointment. Was greeted, had a temperature check and was allowed in. Explained to the stylist what I wanted and the stylist proceeded to give me exactly what I wanted. I was able to ask about styling products and got a product that had been tested by the stylist. Very happy with the experience.

I went there today for the first time. Joey was my barber and he was fantastic! I didnt know exactly what I wanted I just kind of let him do what he does and he nailed it. Thank you very much Joey youre the man! Very satisfied

Went here for an in between haircut. Im happy I did! No waiting @ 1:30pm. Emily did exactly what I wanted: just some shaping, not too much off. Reasonable price. $22. One thing though, if you need water to drink, bring your own. They dont have any.

I could only speak for myself but Ill tell you that I have had my hair cut at 5 start salonsand Super Cuts always ends up fixing them. They are very nice and always do good for me and my girls. I always get compliments and when I tell them where I got it done they dont believe me. I have been coming here for 18 years and never failed me. I have been going to a salon for my hair color and they over bleached it and now I refuse to go anymore so I called Super Cuts to help me out. I spoke to as gentleman named Joey and he was completely honest about what I need to do to go back to darker. I had read about it in the web. He was very right so Im going tomorrow.

I spent $30, which is well above my normal amount for a quick trim but was worth it. Got a shampoo and a haircut (August to December since my last) at closing time. They were welcoming and the lady that took care of me was great. The whole experience was relaxing and fun.

Just not happy. Too bad because I really liked the lady that cut my hair! Any recommendations? Need to find another place.

Do not expect for them to keep their word on the wait time. I called to place my name on the waiting list, they say about an hour. I show up, just over an hour to give them a little more time. They tell me they have five additional haircuts ahead of me. FIVE MORE PEOPLE AHEAD. Thats roughly another 40 minutes to an hour. So total ONE HOUR AND FORTY + MINUTE WAIT. Thats when I walked out. Two stars because I had received a decent haircut in the past, but Im sure the person who cut my hair would not be the same one, so Im probably being extra generous. Try someplace else if you value your time.

Unfortunately, a haircut here is like going to the dentist, painful. Very few know how to cut hair properly. The cut is uneven from side to side almost every time. Go somewhere else. Unless your getting a high and right.

We always go and see david @ supercuts w.covina. My son david is squirrelly and talkative. He is wonderful with him while giving him a great haircut everytime. My son has a small special need for his haircut and david has always been knowledgeable and helpful.

Mario is gone & he was my savior when someone ruined my hair. He fixed it (my neighbor gave me a mullet) & it looked awesome. Whered Mario go? :(

Got a haircut here, and my sideburns are different on one side than the other

Arrived at 8:45pm on July 3, 2017. The store was closed. Hours are suppose to be 9am to 9pm. It looked like employees were in a hurry to leave. Management should change hours - False advertising on hours open.

Service here is horrible. Only spent about 5 minutes on my haircut, and the barber was taking to someone whole cutting my hair. U would give this place a zero if thats possible
