I was in an accident that left my passenger side needing to be fixed. Ive used this company before and the rep who assisted me many years ago was great! He educated me on my vehicle, what the process of restoring my car would be and updated me on my vehicle status. In turn I was extremely happy and confident I chose the right company! Prior this experience I have always praised this company.Years have passed and I still remember my experience which is why when when I needed repairs I immediately chose them again. I dont know if it was because of covid or what but I got the rush service. Sign here, leave your keys and will call when its ready, okay see ya later.My car took longer than expected which didnt bother me. I told the rep as long as my car is being taken car of Im happy to wait longer. A couple days go by and the rep on the phone calls excited and saysGood news your car is ready and we only used this amount of money of the estimated quote. Which was odd since I never questioned the price. I always emphasized my car was the most important thing every I had to call for an update on my car.When I received my car I was over the moon to see it again. It looked beautiful!! I grabbed the keys and drove off a happy person. The next day though as I always do in the mornings I walk around my vehicle and inspect it. I know its odd but my car is parked out in the street and you never know what may happen. Anywho I know its not suppose to be perfect like the first I bought my car but my car looks a bit off. Like I have spacing and gaps where there never was. Like the person who measured for the parts didnt mind they were short an inch. Also the material doesnt seem like quality materials. One example my passenger rear view mirror now shakes when I drive. Like any minute a gust of wind is going to break it off. Im not a car expert but something doesnt add up. I know saving money to the insurance company is a plus I just wish it wasnt at the expense of the quality materials that my car now lacks. Hopefully if ever the next issue I have Ill have better luck somewhere else.

Everytime I bring my car to this establishment they always do a good job. They go above and beyond whats expected. And I never got to take my car back to Perdition or repair. I would recommend this body shop to anybody that needs any type of work on

This is an A class business. They buffed out a side scape on my fender and fixed a bulging screw, leaving the vehicle looking like no damage was ever done. I asked how much, was told no charge, they did it as a courtesy. Staff is so friendly, professional, and full of integrity. I highly recommend this business!

I have an S2000 that has been rear ended and my friend recommended me a reputable shop. Im nervous bringing my car anywhere, even more so when I have to drop it off at a shop to get it repaired. When I got to Seidners, I was assisted right away from some of the best customer service Ive seen. Everyone seemed to be nice, which made me feel like I could trust the shop. I was then assisted by a estimator named Ruben. He ran me through everything about my car, damages, and the cost of repair and told me that theres nothing to worry about and that I can leave everything in their hands. During the process, Ruben and I had a very clear communication over the phone, leaving me no worries. When everything was set and done in a very manageable time/manner, the car that was returned to me was almost identical to what I had before the accident. Everything that Ruben had promised, he had done and made the car almost flawless. Seidners Collision Center did an AWESOME job. I took my car there for a repair due to an accident. Pedro Duenus is the one who deliver my car back when it was finished. They were fast too. He did a great job on my car and even though is only 99% perfect but because his customer services, he make me 100% satisfied. I definitely will referral someone there for repairs. Also the receptionist Beatrice she was very sweet and helpful.

Excellent customer service, the process of dropping my car off there was extremely smooth. The front desk ladies were super friendly and helpful.

So I brought my car here about almost a year ago because a guy backed up into my car, causing my drivers side door not to open anymore . So I came here through his insurance, first of all the polishing they did on my car wasn’t good at all it still had the circle marks from the polish, after washing my car on my own the marks were still there I guess they didn’t take the time to mix the wax all in . And then about 2 weeks after they fixed my car one of the buttons to roll the windows up and down popped out which is the side that they worked on and keep in mind I had this car for 2 years before they worked on my car and the buttons NEVER popped out . And a few months after that incident happened the lights that glow on all the window switches stopped working ????! It’s just sad that my car was in better condition for 2 years and then after they work on it things stop working. So I decided to finally go back to have them check it out on May 7,2018 (I took a while to go back because I have a busy work and school schedule) I left my car with them from 10:20 all the way until 2:30 to have them fix the things I listed above, I had plans that day that I had to put on hold because they were working on my car which is fine because I wanted my car to be fixed the RIGHT way ! So I end up calling them at 2:30 pm to see what’s going on with my car and Beatrice the sweet lady said my car is ready to be picked up so I head down there pick up my car and go about my day and later at night I noticed that my lights were still not functioning and the polish on my car was still the same !! So I don’t get why I left my car there for 4 hours just for them to pop the switch back into place, which I’m sure that took like 5 minuets to do . Just sucks the work of some people is poor .

Took car through insurance work looked good had other work wanted done 2weeks later not related to accident got estimate for 1300$ for non existent dent and app 1200$ for paint on other side of car had 2 small scratchs estimate for 2500$ when original work was done told 500$ per panel by mouth no paperwork done should have been 1000 went else where it would have been 5000 to have both sides of car painted

This is the 3rd car that I Seidners has repaired for me. The first experience was due to our insurance referring us to them. We loved the work so much that over the years, two more vehicles needed body work and we insisted on Seidners performing the work. This last instance 2 months ago, we received daily updates in which we can view status of car online. They coordinated the car rental portion and it was painless. I understand all aspects of the repair due to them explaining properly the areas of responsibility.
