Nancy is the best! She knows exactly what I need. I always leave feeling relaxed and less stressed. And the front desk people are prompt, courteous, and friendly. I have been coming here for years, and Nancy is my regular therapist, but I have had a few of the others too, and each one has been fantastic. Pleased have received a prenatal massage by Ariana. At 38wks pregnant with sciatica pain. She focused on my concerns, Very professional would recommend her for prenatal massages.

Georgette is really great. Its like the WWF in there at times 😁 Shell have an elbow digging in to my back or my leg stretched out to the side. Although, she gos at your pace and what you can handle. She communicates throughout the session to make sure how your feeling. Shes a blessing.

Georgette was professional, on time, courteous and an experienced massage therapist. Before each session begins she asks what I want her to focus attention on and what areas I don’t. She makes sure throughout the session to ask if her pressure is too hard or if I’d like more pressure. She includes a few deep stretches which help a lot. The nights after a massage, my sleep is more restful. I really look forward to my regular appointments.

This was my local Massage Envy but I recently moved. Because of the great customer service I always receive from the front desk to the hard-working therapists, Im willing to commute 1 hour. Isidro is a great massage therapist. He listens to your concerns and will check if the pressure is just right and just seems more knowledgeable about the areas he is targeting and the methods he uses. Ive had many massages but he is my favorite. Ive recommended others to him and they all say he is the best.

I actually live closer to the Whittier Massage Envy location but prefer West Covina for the service. Kellie is always wonderful, very professional and caring. She really takes time to address any problem areas I come in with and makes sure I am comfortable. Shes the best masseuse! Isidro and Nancy also give great deep tissue massages.Sara checked me in and out and was great. I forgot my stamp card and she made a note that I prebooked my next appointment so I will still get credit. She and Susan consistently recognize me and make me feel welcome.

Everyone is great! Each therapist has their own touch. Its always a treat. It would be perfect if it was 60 minutes. Every... single.. minute.. matters. 👍👍

We have been coming here for a long time. The check in process, even during the pandemic, has always been smooth and quick. The services provided by Isidrio is excellent. I tell him about all of the issues I have and he addresses them with care and concern. He is an excellent therapist.

My massage with Charles was amazing! He never disappoints. I am a avid runner and recently went back into the gym to strength train. My muscles were super tight BUT he worked them out.The appointment was later than Im used to, and I felt like the front desk when checking me out were kind of rushing. That would be my only complaint.

Coming to this place always provides my much needed relaxation and me time. Jasmine, my esthetician is the best and I would want nobody else. The place is always clean and orderly. Overall I give this place my 2 thumbs up!

Always such a great experience. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. Kellie is wonderful!!! She really listens to your needs and tailors the massage to them. She is very knowledgeable and always very kind. When I went back again a month later, she remembered what we talked about and my problem areas from the month before. I like Massage Envy West Covina because the staff is friendly and the place is always clean. Miranda was my masseuse, she did an excellent job.

For starters, massage envy should notify us that our time starts at the appointment time not when we get there waiting for the masseuse to go get pillows or whatever else we need it should already be in the room not wasting Our time.I had to remind my masseuse to provide deeper massage 3 times. She was super slow with getting the pillows and whatever else I needed. This kind of stuff needs to be on massage envy not in the client.Basically for an hour massage I got 35 minutes. It really sucked.The person at the front desk was kind enough to comp me a massage. So, I have learned my lesson. Show up 30 minutes before the massage and tell them to prepare for me not to waste my time!!!I will give them one more chance otherwise back to the Thai massage 🥰

Covid safety procedures are in place. I’ve been coming to massage envy for about 3+ years now as a member and have never had any issues rescheduling or canceling an appointment. The front desk does a great job checking in/out. If you are looking into a deep muscle massage, Isidro is the best!

Massage Envy makes me feel comfortable going to there establishment, knowing there taking the precautions to protect me and my family. Checking my temperature, washing my hands before service, and room being sanitized. My massage therapist name is Charles. Very professional with his craft. I drive trucks 13hrs a day for UPS as my profession, so aches is a norm. He diagnosed the issue and lets me know what Im dealing with, and fixes the aches and pains. Reason I became a member.

Kellie is great; She listens to you and gives you helpful tips to continue to feel better after the massage.

Nalleli has been very professional. She knows my preference for the bed warmer to be on year round. She has a great rapport with her clients. She provides a excellent massage and always provides a recommendation for a return visit. I especially appreciated her thoughtfulness to ask how my classes and work are going. She is sensitive to the fact that I work at ths hospital and mindful that everyone is still adjusting at this time.I would highly recommend her to another client, friend or family member.

This location is overall nice. However, when compared to Glendora, I feel Glendora is better. Little things-1) I had to move rooms after my massage for my facial. I didnt expect that. Glendora sets it up where I can relax the entire time in one bed.2) The lighting at WC always feels too bright- The waiting room, and both massage room and facial room.3) The bed warmer was not on for my facial. So I went from a nice warm relaxing bed, had to get dressed, switch rooms, and hop into a cold bed.I know these things seem minor. But these services are costly, time and money. Just want the experience to be close to perfect.

Customer service and front desk has went to the dumpster. Which is extremely unfortunate considering Ive been going there for years. Alot of miscommunication or not following on their end. I love love Georgette shes the best they have but the front desk and staff they hired to run logistics has went down the tube.I cancelled my account and asked for a manager to contact me they never cancelled account and was sti being charged. 🙄

Recieved a deep tissue massage from Samantha few months back. She was extremely kind and she seemed knowledgeable about the therapy. No problems with calling to set up an appointment. Just booked an appointment for this Friday with Esther.

The therapists are wonderful. Five stars for sure. But be cautious purchasing products, as the staff did not notify me of their return, or in my case, non-return policy. Very disappointing, as the brands they market are pricey.

Basically, pound out that tension and if u see me cry ... just look away .. im really happy .. the tears are happy tears . Marcia was ahmazing .. continuously checked on me ... no pressure ... less pressure .. Hands down the best neck and shoulder massage ever ... im like fresh spaghetti out of the hot water.
