I didnt smell the fragrance I purchased plus the job was kind of rushed. I came home and re-wiped it down again myself due to the half done job on the body and added more shine to the tires. Also had to clean the rims myself because they were half done. Vacuuming was fine. For the price of the Deluxe, I could have done a better job myself!

Good and quick service. The owner is usually there and the staff is very helpful if you need anything special.

They were in such a hurry to get it done that they halfway did it. I had to take it to another place to have them vacuum my car again and wipe down the interior. The man that took the order for the type of car wash I wanted never said thank you or even spoke to me other than to ask what I wanted. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place at all

OMG. I just came back from there. They did such an amazing job to make my car dirtier than it used to be. How can they even achieve that amazing goal. Their towel sheds all over interior and exterior and they really provide me a great chance to do some exercise to clean up by myself. You may think thats it. Well, nope. Their towel has an amazing smell that makes me feel dizzy and cant even forget it after I drive it for a while. Right now, I am sitting in my room and trying to get rid of the smell out of my head. The experience is really worth 28 dollars in my life.

Not great. Didnt wipe down seats, dash, or door panels. Didnt vacuum well. Took wifes car here for mothers day. just gonna have to do it myself after spending $40 for best wash plus tip for a bad job.Called back to let the staff know we werent really impressed and the lady on the phone was just like yeah, ok. No apology, no offer to make it right. Bad service.

I had the $25.95 deal package. That included interior vacuuming and when I got home I noticed the whole back seat was still dirty, had crumbs and dog hair all over like it had not been touched. I will definitely not go back to this place.

Could have done a better job vacuuming out the seats if paying for the premium service. Did not have time to go back.

I though that this place would have improved after the recent bad reviews. It looks like they have seen these reviews as they were no longer taking work trucks, but that was as far as they went.You dont get $30 worth of service. My car looked great, but I get that look elsewhere for half the price.I had them clean the windows inside and the left very visible signs of wiping. Yes, they did they job, but they left my car worse than before. I had to wipe the windows myself.Hopefully they really use all the chemical they claim to use to wash cars. But their mint-smell spray hardly smelled and hardly lasted the first ride; my smell sense has been ok since my visit longer than 2 weeks ago.

Friendly employees but my car was only half cleaned. Not vacuumed completely and the interior was barely wiped down. Asked a young man to re-clean the interior. He was very helpful but car is not as clean as it should be.

A nightmare I paid $30 for a good job and an hour later when the sun hit my windshield it looked like they had used the same rag that they cleaned the outside with it was very bad.never again

Usually I get my car wash here get the Deluxe knowing it’s not going to be done to high standards but this time I was completely disappointed the sand I had from the beach was still in my seats and my drink holders were worse than how I had them.

They are the best hands down. If you dont like your car wash. They will do it all over again to satisfy the customer. Every 10th wash is only $5. Been going here for 10yrs with my vehicles

2nd visit. Car was pristine after first visit, not so much on 2nd. Considerable towel lint on windows and soap residue under trunk lid above license plate.

Got the best option they offered. I went there a few weeks ago and my vehicle was cleaned very well. When there again today, and it was no where near as good of job. Had to ask for several items to be addressed that should have been obvious. Didnt notice other areas missed on the interior until I was too far away to turn back. Youd think for their highest level option, they would be more thorough.

My parents have gone to sunset as long as I can remember I’ve been going since I got my first car and I’ve been driving for 7 years now. It’s just not the same the last 3 or 4 times I’ve been there. This last time my dad went was just bad and yes his truck is a work truck but he gets it cleaned at least every other week if not every week.There was dirt marks left on the door panels and dirt left on the side of the center consul etc. It’s disappointing to spend $25 on a nice car wash and not get any better service then that.

Pretty good car wash and cleaning inside. They were fast and courteous. Could have done a little better inside the car when paying for top level cleaning options.

I drove from Lexington because where Ive been going told me (with 6 people standing around and no other cars there) they didnt have enough people working to do full service. The last 2 times I used that carwash I had to return to get them to clean the inside windshield. Sunset guys paid attention to details..my car was spotless..down to the drink holders!!!

Purchased the “Deal” car wash for 22.95. I was satisfied. A few things were not vacuumed as well as others but for the price and everything else they did, I feel like it was a good value. It took approximately 20 minutes all said and done.

I used to go here all of the time always satisfied. The last two times only one side of my windshield was cleaned bugs still on the front passenger window still dirty. Needless to say I will be looking for another place to wash my baby.

I purchased the Prowash and was not impressed one bit. The inside still had dirt in the floor and back seat. Bugs still on the front of the car and mirrors. The cup holders and arm rest was still dirty, and only the passenger side tires had tire shine on them. When I asked if they could get the dirt from out the back seat, he drove my car back pretty fast and when he pulled it back to the front said is this better? Uhm.. for $32.95, I got a $10 drive through car wash and a half detail job. The two stars are because the lady in the building was very nice, but I will not take my car there again.

The reason for three stars, they could have cleaned the windshield a little better. Otherwise okay.

I have been going to this car wash since I moved to Columbia,Ive had some good visit as well as bad ones,unfortunately the bad out weigh the good. Today I had to ask a few times to wipe this or that and one young man told me it couldnt come off so I asked for a towel and wiped it myself and it came off,the cup holders werent clean,dash wasnt wiped. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE YOUNG LADY, SHE WASNT BOTHERED AT ALL N DIDNT APOLOGIZE, TODAY WAS MY LAST TIME GOING THERE !!!!!!

This car wash use to be on it & kept me coming back! However, now it seems like the workers are lazy. The past 2 times I’ve had issues with miss dirty spots that were clear as day & a incident where my cup holder would no longer close. Granted the owner took care of that for me ! I just wish the customer service & quality of a good car wash would go back to what it use to be ! I shouldn’t be leaving a car wash & having to turn around instantly for issues. My last visit put a sour taste in my mouth & if I come back it will be quite some time !

Great Car Wash! My car had a few hundred bugs stuck to the exterior and they are gone! The staff was very friendly and a quality car wash for a great price!

I bought the pro wash. Cup holder, emergency brake, console, side doors, glove box, steering wheel all not touched. Dash did get armour all. If I had more time, Id turn around and take it back. Not worth 34.95 which includes the tip. Wont be back. I have to finish cleaning it when I get home.

I was extremely disappointed in this facility!! For a “detail shop” they did a horrible job. There was still trash in between the seats and under the mats where they didn’t even move them. The all weather mats were not even cleaned still had a sticky residue on them from where something was spilt on themselves. The outside still had spots on the hood and side from bugs that were not even attempted to be cleaned off. I would not recommend this facility at all. Spend the $30 on a real detail shop not a gas station drive through car wash!

Biggest pet pee is to get in my car after paying fir a car wash and still have to do things to it.Hair still on the dash. Dust still on the radio and seat still have dirt on it.

The quality of the work is commensurate with price. These folks do a great job for what theyre charging. Ive never had any issues and they always do what they say theyre going to do. If you have a problem and you bring it to their attention they fix it. Cant ask for much more than that.

I had my car cleaned at this business today. When I returned home I looked at my car and noticed way too many problems that should not have come with a $30 car wash! I will attach the photos below, if it will allow me. I then called wanting to get a refund and spoke to Tim, who I am assuming is the owner. I explained the problems to him and he said to come back and he could fix it but after these problems I do not want anyone at this establishment touching my car. I told him I had to come home and clean it myself and once again he insisted I bring it back and once I told him I did not want to come back for them to clean it and that I had taken care of the problems myself he said thank you and hung up. I spent too much money on my car for someone who is supposed to be cleaning it, causing damage to it. This is not proper customer service. As a business owner he has all of the tools to make this right and chose not to. I hope if you care anything about your car that you will re-evaluate before spending your money here.

I love this place and go regularly but today they knocked it out of the ballpark. not only was it my 10th free visit, but the lady that was cleaning the inside of my car went above and beyond and had my car shinning like it was new. Sunset Car Wash equals clean car which equals happy day!

Deluxe Wash $23.00The outside of the car was beautiful but basic, you can tell that the workers didnt want to go the extra mile . The inside of the car wasnt up to part, there were still sand on the floor, and trash in the, cup holders, which wasnt removed, sprayed down, or wiped.This has been deem as a training issue .Recommend, staff Relearn basic procedure per individual job title for an hr .

Easily one of the worst car washes/service Ive ever had. They were very quick which is appreciated but obviously if the work is not done right, they should take their time and do what theyre being paid for. Very disappointed, will not be returning.

Took my white truck in for a wash. Not only did they get all the tree sap off, they also cleaned the inside and made my truck look almost new.

The crew at Sunset Car Wash were excellent! We got the Pro Wash and, while we were at first hesitant about the price, we were amazed with the results! In about 15 minutes they had our car looking and feeling brand new again!

THE cleaning of my truck was ok. Other than they broke the passenger side mirror off my truck filled out there paper work manger never called so I stopped by again still no contact. So Ill have my Attorneys get in contact with the manger it has been almost 2 months.

If the employees would stop playing on their cell phones and do their job, I wouldnt have to wipe my own car off before driving off.
