Good luck here and good luck getting it fixed with them….. I sure have zero luck I’m at the point of going to small claims court all because I can’t get them to come check on the problem I tried for almost a year.. they seal coated once after and that’s all and that was a nightmare getting to happen. In my opinion it seems when the jobs done that’s it and they stop caring because I can’t get ANY HELP!

Last year we had a new patio put in...its our favorite place to be!! This year we had High Standards put in a new driveway. They do EXCELLENT work, they are very timely and reasonably priced. Would use them again for sure!

This company exceeded my expectations. They offered a very fair price and stood behind their word. They did all the dirty work as far as getting permits and calling in for utility locates which I was not looking forward to doing myself. If youre going with an asphalt or concrete driveway, spend a little more to have it done right. Dont use a landscape company to do your new driveway just because theyre cheaper. I always do my research on a contractor prior to hiring them, even if they are a referral. This was a new company for me, so I was naturally hesitant. They had great reviews on multiple sites and a good website which was a good start. The few negative reviews out there that I came across were about petty issues from uneducated customers. I would not let those comments stand in the way of your decision when it comes to hiring the right contractor. The gentleman that came out for the estimate was professional, honest and straight-forward. He made a great first impression of the company. He didnt try to push for a product I didnt want or need. I made it clear what I wanted and he respected that. Never did I feel that I was being taken advantage of. He was very knowledgeable and patient when it came to my questions and comments. He didnt come off as a typical salesman in any way. After taking the necessary measurements, he provided a professional estimate on the spot. Told me to get in contact with him or the office if I was interested in using them. Its nice to see a company that truly wants your business, as opposed to needing your business. That was the impression that I got. After hiring them, they were great about answering any additional questions or concerns I had. They were courteous and responded in a timely manner. They wanted me to be a satisfied customer and werent just looking for my money. They scheduled the start date around my requests and were very informative on weather updates. I was having my existing brick paver driveway excavated and replaced with concrete (including 4 sidewalk squares, the apron/approach and a new depressed curb). As a 2nd contract, I added some backyard work that I knew they were more than capable of doing. Since the pavers themselves were in good shape and Id hate to see them all trucked off to the dump, I had the crew stockpile some for me in the backyard. They leveled the existing grade at the back of my property, brought in fresh stone and properly compacted it. From there, I intend to clean the pavers off and build a perimeter wall on top of the new stone with the intentions of a bocce ball court. For a pretty unique and custom job, they did an excellent job adhering to my requests. Their recommendations and insight were helpful and welcomed. I took the day off of work the day they excavated, mainly for reassurance. Talk about a hard working group of guys. Didnt try to cut corners to save a buck. Just flat out, quality workmanship. I have received many compliments already from neighbors about how nice the driveway looks, many of whom have asked for High Standards contact info. I would highly recommend this company to any neighbor, friend or family member looking for a new driveway. I would also hire them without hesitation for any additional work I may need in the future. Sorry for the lengthy review, I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. I hope that this review outweighs some of those other negative reviews out there that dont properly represent this companys drive towards quality work and customer satisfaction. We needed a new asphalt driveway but then we found out they did concrete and brick so they did the complete package for us. We got a great driveway, patio and fire pit. They did a great job, highly recommend!

Mike and the crew at High Standard Services are one of the best contractors I have ever used. My new half concrete/ half asphalt drive looks fantastic. The price was very reasonable and slightly less than my other estimates. The workers were extremely courteous and accommodating. The work was done with quality in the time frame promised and when the new driveway caused me to raise an existing paver walk to my house a few inches, they went beyond the work requested to insure make sure the walk was level with the driveway, drained with the contour of the driveway and as good as new. I give High Standard Services an A+

WE HIRED HIGH STANDARD SERVICES TO REPLACE OUR DRIVEWAY AND FRONT WALK AND STOOP. WE WENT THROUGH BOBBY SMITH THAT IS THE SALESMAN FOR THE COMPANY. HE GAVE US THIS LONG SPEECH ON HOW THE COMPANY DOESNT USE GYPSYS TO PERFORM THE WORK. THEY ONLY DO THE FINEST WORK AND WITH PERMITS. SO WE THOUGHT WE HAD HIRED A GREAT COMPANY.THEY GOT PERMITS FORM THE COUNTY. AND STARTED WORK A WEEK LATER. THEY TORE OUT THE CONCRETE AND POURED THE CONCRETE. LOOKED AWESOME. VERY HAPPY WITH THE CONCRETE. THAT IS WHERE THE HONEYMOON ENDED.THEY TORE OUT THEY DRIVEWAY AND CULVERT. WE WANT ED THE DRIVEWAY WIDER SO THE CULVERT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. AFTER THEY PUT THE CULVERT IN I NOTICED THAT THE FLARE ENDS ARE 2 DIFFERNT SIZES. BOBBY SMITH SAID THAT WAS ALL THEY HAD. HE NEVER EVEN ASKED OF THAT WAS OK WITH ME AND MY WIFE. THEN THEY PAVED THE DRIVEWAY WITH OUT USING THE PAVING MACHINE. THEY LEFT DIVETS IN THE DRIVEWAY THAT HELD WATER FOR DAYS. THEY DRIVEWAY WAS ALSO WAVY. CALLED BOBBY SMITH BACK AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD COME THE NEXT DAY AND FIX IT. AND ALSO FILL INWITH TOP SOIL WHERE THE FORMS HAD BEEN. WELL HE SCREWED THE DRIVEWAY UP WORSE BY HEATING IT WITH A TORCH AND USING THE VIBRATING ROLLER ON IT. ALSO THE DIRT THAT HE PUT DOWN WAS NOTHING PUT ROCKS THAT I WILL HAVE TO PICK UP. THEN BOBBY SMITH SAID THAT HE CAN ONLY OFFER A FREE SEAL COATING ON THE DRIVEWAY. I TOLD HIM TO HAVE HIS BOSS COME AND LOOK AT THE DRIVEWAY. BOSS NEVER CALLED ME. HAD TO CALL COMPANY OVER 5 DAYS TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE. FINALLY TALKED TO DAN PETRONA. WHO IS ONE OF THE OWNERS. SET UP A TIME FOR HIM TO COME AND MEET ME TO LOOK AT. I MADE A POINT TO TELL HIM I DO NOT GET HOME UNTIL 3:45PM. SO HE SHOWS UP AT 3:20PM AND TALKS TO MY WIFE AND LEAVES. SO I CALLED HIM BACK AND HE DID COME BACK THAT SAME DAY. BUT HE HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE. GAVE ME A SPEECH ON HOW CAN I BLAME HIM FOR BEING EARLY. WELL IF I TOLD YOU I DONT GET HOME TILL 3:45PM WHAT GOOD DOES SHOWING UP EARLY DO. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD REDO THE DRIVEWAY. I ALSO TOLD HIM ABOUT THE CULVERT AND HE SAID HE WOULD CALL MILTON TOWNSHIP. WHICH WAS NEVER DONE. HE ALSO SAID I HAD TO WAIT 3 WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD COME BACK OUT. WE WAITED THE 3 WEEKS. THEY DID SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAID. THEY CUT 1/3 OF MY DRIVEWAY OUT AND PUT ANOTHER LAYER OF ASPHALT DOWN. NOW THE DRIVEWAY IS ANGLED TORWARD MY GARAGE. SO WHEN IT RAINS I GET WATER IN MY GARAGE. WHICH I NEVER HAD A DROP IN BEFORE THIS. CALLED DAN AND HE SAID IF THE WATER THAT IS POOLING ING THE DRIVEWAY DOESNT COVER A QUARTER THAT IS NOT A PROBLEM. AND SINCE I HAVE A 2 CAR WIDE DRIVEWAY THAT IT IS HARD TO GET THE PITCH CORRECT FOR WATER RUN OFF. MY OLD DRIVEWAY NEVER HELD WATER OR DID I GET WATER IN MY GARAGE. THIS STILL IS NOT FIXED.HE CAME THE NEXT TO COLLECT PAYMENT, WHICH HE REMEMBERED THAT I DONT GET HOME UNTIL 3:45PM. HE SHOWS UP AT 4:00PM TO COOLECT PAYMENT. I WAS NOT HOME I HAD TO WORK LATE BECAUSE I HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK WHEN THEY REDID THE DRIVEWAY. SO HE CAME THE NEXT MORNING. I STILL FEEL LIKE THEY DID THE JOB OF A SECOND GRADER. HE DID GIVE ME $780 OFF OF THEY TOTAL BILL OF $9570.I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY ALSO DID HIT THE MAIL BOX ACROSS THE STREET FROM ME. WHICH WAS LEFT BY ANOTHER REVIEW. I INFORMED BOBBY SMITH OF THIS AND HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. WHICH HE NEVER DIDTHESE ARE PHOTOS OF MY DRIVEWAY THAT THEY PAVED. JUDGE FOR YOURSELF.

The name says it all, in a day and age when contractors can’t be trusted I am beyond grateful to have come across High Standard, these guys were honest and communicative throughout our project. Their work was impeccable and their cleanup was even better. Affordable and competitive pricing to boot!

So, I came home from work on Friday, 6/1/2018, I saw big trucks and machines moving all over working on my neighbors driveway. Totally blocking my driveway with their big truck. A guy motion to move on and I motioned that I am turning into my driveway.I moved into my driveway and noticed that my mailbox was gone.I got out of my car and approached these guys. I pointed where my mail box was and all of them shook their heads. One guy, seems to be a foreman came to me and said no one did that but it may look like they did it. I said y box was very securely He did not even listen to me and said, he would talk to his boss and see what they can do to help me.It was obvious that they did this but no one admitted.Later on, he came to my door with his bosss business card and said his boss was going to stop by later and see the situation. He said, You guys assume we did it, but no one saw it and no one knows. My boss may stop by but it was not us so I can not guarantee you that he would help you fix it.It is an easy fix, and I can do it on my own. All I wanted was a simple apology. I would not buy their service as they may not be honest with their business. I may need driveway work in the future, but I will never use these guys.

I hired High Standard Services to install an asphalt driveway. From the very the start of the process they were very professional and followed up to make sure I understood everything. I would hire them again, job well done!

Very affordible compared to other paving companies in the area, not to mention them living up to the name High Standard with their quality work. My driveway looks beautiful and my neighbor is still very happy with his new concrete walkway to his backyard. I absolutely recommend High Standard.

Dont hire them for seal coating your driveway. They came out to fix it and it looked just as awful if not worse. Their other services might be okay, but I wont dare find out
