Check in the security guard and warehouse staff was very nice .I stop at the last travel plaza 26miles before 119 exit left me 35 miles this osi.its small plaza but, but do able.i see why appt. Time is important.

Got here 15 minutes before appt time. Security guard checked paperwork and ID then told me to wait on the right hand side for a receiving clerk to tell me a door. I got a door quickly. I was able to turn around in their tiny trailer lot and get set up to back into door 4 (which doesn’t have a number above it by the way). The backing part was tight but definitely doable. If there were more trucks around it would be difficult to do. They break your seal(s) then come back out with paperwork.

Only allowed 15 early on property to get loaded. No over night parking. Loads are usually over weight. Extremely tight parking. Check google satellite map. O yeah swing wide and dont hit the big rock at the entrance.

Personnel is super friendly. Got me in and out in 1 hour. They do give you directions to the closest washout.

This place is super tight and they want people in and out. Took me a while to back into my door (im new) and i had people shouting at me.Avoid this place if youre new. If you cant, slide your tandems all the way forward and pray.

My appointment was 11:00 pm this guys accepted me 6pm. Excellent service by security guard and receiving.

Id give it negative stars if I could. This is the most ridiculous place I have ever been to. I was 40 minutes late due to extreme weather. They said I have to go park on western and wait until they call me. Just an fyi for anyone who is 1 minute late and they tell you to go park on western, you can just go park your truck and go home or go to a truck stop. Dont waste your time waiting for them. They rescheduled me to come back 38 hours after my appointment. They will do the same to you. Dont ever take a load to this place or you may lose a whole lot more than you thought you were going to make!These shippers/receivers are the reason the industry is so bad, and with the ELD, I will never go back to this place again. I hope drivers will learn from others experiences, boycott this place and places like it and stop coming here

Do any trucking company or any driver going to this company I would advise you not to go they are very very inconsiderate they lie about the driver they lie about the appointment times I would never ever haul anything into them again I would advise you not taking a load going to these people

Can only show up 15 mins early, I suggest no more than 10mins early. It is tight in the lot and that is the reason they dont want early drivers in there. Once in the dock the longest I have ever had to wait so far is 3hrs then out the door.

Rejected load after 30 + hrs of waiting because they said issue with paperwork. The short Hispanic guy that works in traffic was extremely rude and unprofessional and did not communicate well with drivers.

Rude and inconsiderate employees in the shipping department. After charging $300 to fix being overweight on the drives AND over gross. I had to come back. Still over on the drives. Had to sit all night to get it fixed again.

Place is the worst! Can only show up 15 min before appointment. So if ur early gotta park on western st.

I cant stand Rafeal in shipping.

Dont go here they over load your trailer so your over weight and then when you come back they charge $300 just to rework it
