We have been with Sterling over 20 years, we live Dom & Tyler who have always been friendly, helpful and professional in the efforts to supply our needs sometimes which have been difficult. They treat you like a friend not as a customer. Highly recommended and greatly appreciated.

Bad experience. Not very helpful with shipping and notary services. Notary officer/person was arrogant and not at all helpful. He expected the customer to know all and did not make any effort to explain his response for photocopy notary and did not mention about options for successful notary as if he was being recorded and will be held responsible if he provided option. Shipping person seemed rude when inquired about cost and cheapest options. Never going to go back here. Other UPS location nearby was extremely helpful instead.

This store is the BEST. Consistent 5 star customer service every time we are there which is often. They go out of their way to help us every time.

Sterling and his team are awesome there. Always super quick in and out other than when they are free enough to have a quick casual conversation. I also bring my fragile items here and they are always awesome about packing it up so it’s secure and won’t be bouncing around. Have yet to have something break taking it here.

I don’t recommend this store. The owner Sterling is always in a bad mood, he never wears a mask and he’s incapable of lifting packages over 30lb. He dropped one of my packages and the contents inside were damaged and I was never compensated.

I own a business in West Chicago and the folks at this UPS Store (Sterling, Dom, Tyler) have all been fantastic to work with. I can email my work request to them or visit in person. They get the work done quickly and help me keep my business activities moving along. Theyve helped me with business cards, flyers, large format prints, very large banners, etc. They can do all sorts of things beyond shipping packages. Im happy to support and recommend them.

Tyler and Dominick are SO great and efficient. After countless Amazon returns, packages shipped, and special printing jobs (including asking them to cut down to special sizes), I consistently have great experiences at this location. THANK YOU UPS and please never move!!

The folks here are knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, efficient, and always professional. They GET what true customer service is about. They never keep me waiting long and always provide helpful answers to any of my questions.Now, THIS is the way to run an operation and ensure return business.The postmaster and employees of USPS in West Chicago could learn much from these people, which is why I consciously avoid going to the local post office for anything anymore and look forward to the experience at the UPS STORE for any of my packing and mailing needs.

I have UPS stores near my house. But, when I need something, I drive out of my way to go to this location. The owner, Sterling, knows his customers and cares. Hes very knowledgeable at figuring out how to solve the customers printing or shipping problems. Great store that cares a lot.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon shortly before closing, with a sizable project. They were very helpful. I was able to get everything done successfully.

Great service and my go to store if I need anything shipped and color copies

I was quite put off by my recent experience there. I dropped off a package from Dia & Co with instructions to drop at any UPS location. They were busy when I walked in so I just left on the counter. I have done this a few times before and received a friendly nod/acknowledgement from the counter staff. But this time a staff member followed me out to my car... I was already in my car and had to roll the window down to see what he wanted.He said, “ Did you want us to mail that for you because you didn’t say anything... I was standing right there and could have helped you.”I honestly hadn’t seen him, and was in a hurry... but honestly I didn’t think I needed to say anything... I was simply dropping off a prepaid postage package from Dia and was doing as I was instructed to do.But clearly this gentleman was irritated by my actions. His behavior towards me felt unkind and not customer service friendly. Clearly he was trying to put me in my place.I see they normally have a 5 star rating so am hoping this was just an off day for them. But I will think twice before going back there.
