Ive had this company three times consecutively with difficulties each time. They send me a letter in the mail stating youre past due and need to make a payment or your contract will be canceled. The letter shows its due in 2 days, but the letter says it was sent almost 2 weeks prior... WHAT!? You have all my info such as phone number and email. Why are they not sending a courtesy text or email? #SCAM!!! And then when I make a payment I get another letter stating Ive been canceled. I call, they give a fake apology that theyre required to do for company standards and I end up having to renew. This happened TWO TIMES IN A ROW!!! Im over it. Time for a grown up company like State Farm.

This place is horrible! The agents speak Spanish over the phone to the other agents knowing or thinking damn well you dont know what the hell theyre talking about. How unprofessional. I would not recommend this cheap low grade insurance to anyone who doesnt speak Spanish. I understand why Trump wants to deport. And, it takes a very long time to get a damn refund for a cancelled policy. Completely unprofessional and garbage insurance agency! Would not recommend!!

This agency and the insurances they offer are only helpful when you dont have any problems. But it is when you have a car accident and need the most help from your insurance company that they fail to serve. I get transferred countless times, promised phone calls and I never hear from anyone, blame gets tossed around, documents are never received, nobody seems to know anything, and the list goes on. I have been dealing with a claim for the last 3 months to no avail. It has been the most frustrating experience from this agency, to the insurance company to the body shop I was assigned to. I would NOT recommend this agency and the insurances they offer to anyone.

The ladies that work there are unprofessional and the service is very bad, they do not care about their customers they just care about money, they are just rude people I live in West Chicago I wish I could say something good about that place but theyre just rude.

I gave a an extra $360 deposit on top of the intial requested payment to make my monthly payments smaller but i only had their insurance for 3 months. When I switched insurances and asked for my money back they just gave me the run around.

They dont have any experience, they are giving you different price during the day. Bad experience ever.
