Very unprofessional I ordered quite a few parts from this place and was delivered all the wrong parts when I reached out to them about it they never answered the phone again and I got stuck with the parts I didnt need I called them for weeks and never got reimbursed or solved anything do yourself a favor go somewhere else

Leah is great with responding back and on time! Beside the fact that Im sure its very busy! They had the exact part I was looking for. Had it in stock, had the part ready for me. Called the shop again to ask if they could possibly color match the bumper I order to the car. And with no hesitation did leah grant me that service. Great business! I came across them online reached out to them asked for a quote and went to see them all in less than 24 hours. I have got to say Leah is so responsive quickly answering any question I had and detailing every step of how my repair will go. I just ordered the part and was told it should be ready in 2-3 days, which is extremely quick. The other place I was going to go to took 4 days to get me in just for an estimate and scheduled me out 1 1/2 weeks and told me I would have to leave the car in the shop for 4 days.The prices are very reasonable. I also had questions about a few scratches and the auto technician was very honest on what would come off with a buff and what wouldnt.I will write another review after the repairs are done, but until now they have been superb.

I totally agree with Daniel Johnsons review. I experienced a similar things with him. I recommend to other person who consider take your car to here. Just find the other place!I was considered to scrap my car or fix it. Leah told me they can do best for me and thats why I decided to fixing my car. But it was the worst service in my life. It took 3 weeks to fix it and when I take my car to other service center, all the shop said Your car is not fixed well.I spent $2,500 for this service center but its not work well and I ask them for partial refund but they denied it. They told me that it is because my previous accident. They already know my car situation before fixing it and thats why my repair cost is high. They are really not that much responsible. Also I ask them to I need to contact your boss but I dont get any call from their boss.Oh, I just saw her comments and have to add the details. Yes you handle my case after official work time. But you never respond me before 11 am or 12 You texted me I am driving call you later but usually do not answer.But towing fee cost $175 and I paid for mechanic parts hundreds dollars. And my oil is still leaking and the other mechanic shop told me it can be bring up engine problem. If someone is not idiot, who will be pay hundreds dollars for just make it drive? 100% people select towing then. Right? Anyway I told you also frame work have problem not only even mechanic. I do not want to experience your service again and thats why I ask partial refundAnd you guys let me take my car even after off of work time? Yes you should have to provided me for that excuses. Because you told me my car would be ready till Oct 3 but you told me you guys need more frame work and you kept saying till tomorrow, till tomorrow, right? Thats why I could take my car on Oct 9Tell your boss to call me right away

This business does not even deserve a one star rating. I ordered parts over a month ago and was assured they would be mailed to my house the following week by Tuesday or Wednesday. On Wednesday, Leah called me and said that the part was not going to be there because the shipping company they use does not ship to my area any longer. This was a week or longer before Christmas. I told her that I needed the parts because I have a daily driver that I cant drive because I needed the parts that I ordered. She told me that she would talk to her manager and get back to me that day on what they were going to do to fix it. I failed to hear back from her or anyone else for that matter. I called everyday for the following 4 or 5 days and failed to reach anyone. I was left in limbo on the status of my parts. Finally at the end of last week I was able to reach someone and I was assured my parts HAD been shipped via Greyhound. Because I had been given the run around from every single person at this place so much, I told Leah that I wanted a tracking number and even hesitated to get off the line because I knew there was a good chance she would not get back to me. Again, she 100% assured me that she would get in contact with me and give me This information. This was last week, around Thursday. Today is Wednesday of the following week and I have called them every day since. I finally got a hold of someone and I was told today that my order had been canceled and my credit card had been reimbursed. I have never once been contacted by a manager, no one in this company has tried to make anything right about my order at all, and no one ever reached out to me to let me know what was going on. I had to waste my time, literally everyday, calling about my order. Here it is almost a month after I made my order and I am finally being told that it was cancelled and my card was being reimbursed. I chose This company because of the good reviews and the quick turn around time I was promised. If the turn around time wasnt going to be as quick as they said I was going to order the parts and paint them myself and the vehicle would be running and back on the road weeks ago. This is, by far, the worst company I have ever done business with in my life. I will never do business with them again and would highly recommend anyone else from doing business with them as well. This is not how you operate a business. Treating customers like this is not your keys to success. I am currently in contact with the better business bureau and I will be filing a complaint against this business.

I ordered a number replacement from this place and it took 1 month to get. When I purchased it they said it would take 3 to 4 days. Then every week they had an excuse I would have canceled the order but this place had the part at the best price I guess that’s the trade off lol
