I was looking for a AC & Refrigerator repair service in my home town of lake in the hills .I called low cost appliance and spoke with Reyna she was very nice and they send me technician same day for service ! He fixed my AC very short time; I am recommending this company everybody I know! I had called several other repair services which never returned my calls in a timely fashion! Technician was very knowledgeable, nice to talk.

Their service was prompt but the pricing was outrageous. I had a busted part on my subzero that needed replaced. They overcharged for the part and the 20 minute repair cost me $250 just for labor! I guess because I have a fairly new sub-zero, they believed they could charge whatever they liked. My fault...should have asked hourly rate before booking. Would never recommend this company. And they should change their name to SUPER HIGH Cost Appliance Repair!

Had an appointment set up for a repair and the guy never showed up. Never called. Just sat here waiting.

Service Technician Abdul is really good man at his job! Truly appreciate her efforts in getting the job done and takes care of explaining what was fixed and also takes care of keeping the area clean and clear while and after working. The repair man was very nice.

I called the company and explained my situation, I spoke with was helpful and scheduled me to the next available appointments my furnace was out, freezing outside temperature but this night Technician was stop by in my house, its was very Thankfully, this time someone showed, and we were very grateful. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.The Technician Abdul worked on my, they were quick, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely interested on my complete satisfaction.
