The company I work for used Cobblestone for waste removal. We had some invoices that were less than 30 days past due in which the owner claimed were SEVERLY overdue. The owner called the office asking to run our credit card. I told him no, I dont have authorization for him to do that. He then asked if we were going out of business since he couldnt run our credit card for $3,000 and we cant pay overdue invoices. First, why is he keeping our credit card on file and second, it is very unprofessional to ask someone you are doing business with that question. Stay away from this company!
