We had a great experience with Froio’s landscaping and would highly recommend them! We were in desperate need of landscaping around our house, and after reaching out to a few local companies we decided to go with Froio’s because of their responsiveness, attention to detail, and fair price. Nick came out just days after our initial call and had an estimate to us within a week. When we had questions/requests about the plan he came back out to clarify and make sure we were all on the same page. Krista was very responsive and kept us posted on the plans and worked hard to get our project scheduled and completed prior to an event we were hosting. The team arrived on time and were professional and diligent workers. I was amazed at what they were able to complete in a day. The plants and design turned out beautiful. The team cleaned up beyond what I expected around our yard and the mulching and everything looked perfect when they were finished. We are thrilled with our new landscaping and very happy with the great service Froio’s provided.

Above and Beyond . . .I am from Texas and recently visited family in West Chester. Their yard was amazing, and I spent a good amount of time walking around taking pictures of the different landscape features and beds! They told me that Froios Lawn & Landscape had built the planters and took care of the beds and landscaping. So . . . after returning to Houston we decided to send a nice plant to our family as a thank you for their hospitality. The Problem . . . I could not find what I was looking for at any of the local West Chester florists. The Solution . . . Remembering Froio’s, I called them and explained what I was looking for. Krista quickly solved my problem! She knew our family and their property and quickly suggested a few types of plants that would work with their outside porch décor. They placed the plant in a beautiful Malaysian planter and offered to deliver it immediately. The Above and Beyond . . . I asked Krista to include a short note from us. Krista went out and bought a Hallmark card in which to place our note! Who does that? Amazing service! Did I mention that they are landscapers, not a florist shop? They exceeded all of our expectations! These folks do quality work and provide those little extras without being asked. I wish they worked in Houston!

Nick and his team did a great job putting in a new paver patio for us. Their attention to detail and project management were excellent. We are very pleased with the outcome and their follow-up once the work was complete. We recommend Froio’s for any of your hardscaping needs.

I wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Froios Lawn and Landscape for their help with our Snow Removal this year. I was in a bit of a jam when my company was not going to have its normal plow services and we would have to search for someone new. Froios stepped in immediately and saved the day. The young lady Krista who works dispatch and the office was more than helpful and kind throughout the process and the services provided were outstanding. I would highly recommend these folks to anybody needing anything in the industry.

DON’T HIRE!!!!! Unconsidered!!!They do the landscape service for our condominium over 10 years unfortunately.I love to garden and plant flowers in my littles yard. For years, Ive asked them not to touch it.And for years, they done damage to my garden starting with cutting half of the rose bush with all roses blooming and now they cut specially ordered flowers which I planted just next to my wall to protect the plants from these “florios”. The workers are so unprofessional, careless and unresponsive. Who wants service with people who dont care, dont listen and constantly damage your yard?!?!?

Great work!! Froios fully removed all of our old landscaping and landscape lighting and did a beautiful job installing new landscape lighting and landscaping. Easy to work with, prompt on ordering and installing from the start to the finish great work and our house looks beautiful. They left the yard very clean after each day and we cant wait to see everything in full bloom! 5 star

We havent had a lawn in so many years no matter what we tried, or what company we hired. A friend suggested Froios Lawn & Landscape and we couldnt be happier. Just look at the difference after just one treatment!

I scheduled Froio’s to come provide me a quote for some basic landscaping services. They scheduled me a week and a half out. The guy came out and took a look at what I wanted done. He was very short with me and vague with his answers to my questions. He said he’ll email me the quote, and then he left. I waited for the email but didn’t hear anything back from them, so after I got sick of waiting, I called another company out. The other company was a complete 180° from Froio’s. They came out, evaluated what I wanted done, explained in good detail how they were going to do the work, provided a quote for the work, scheduled the job, and completed the job for $400. About a week and a half after the work was done, I finally got the quote from Froio’s for $1,200. I’m sticking with the other company, I just can’t stand the unprofessionalism and lack of communication from Froio’s.

Froios goes above and beyond my expectations. We had a lot of weeds around our mailbox which was hindering visibility, and the guys whacked them all down at no extra charge. They are also very accommodating to our schedule and are on time every week. They truly do deliver gold star service! Very pleased!

I saw their sign in a yard driving to work. I needed leaf cleanup. I went to their website and submitted a request for service. .I received a prompt reply, had a quote within a day, and they executed the work order with great quality. All around good value, and so easy to work with. Ill contact them again 2020 for various landscaping services.

My riding mower was having some issues and my grass was getting high, so I called Froio on a Monday morning to see if they could do a one-time cut. Krista said they could and she had a quote to me by early that afternoon and was able to schedule me for that Wednesday.The guys showed up early Wednesday morning and got the job done in record time. The yard came out great.I highly recommend Froio and wouldn’t hesitate using them again. Great work and amazing customer service! Thank you!

I had Froios do some trimming and pruning today. They did a wonderful job and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. My sidewalks are cleaner than before they came. One of the owners, Dan, was here the entire time, working along with the workers. They were very professional and I am very happy with the work that they did. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any work that I need to have done.

We hired Froios to replace our patio, add a walkway and landscape the area. They did a great job. Nick kept us up to date as the project moved along so we knew every step of the way what was happening next. He also offered great suggestions to improve the job. The crew cleaned up after themselves everyday. The company was easily available by phone or email for any questions or concerns we had. I really dont know what else Froios could have done to give us better service. We highly recommend Froios lawn and landscaping! We will probably use them again for our next project.

Frios has mowed my lawn for years and they have been fantastic. Last year they replaced the grout in my back yard slate patio. For what ever reason, it did not cure well and was peeling out. They kindly repsonded to my concern and redid it for me and it looks great. The staff is kind and wants to please!!!

2018 was our first year using Froios Lawn & Landscape, and it was our best experience--ever. These folks are absolute professionals regarding the quality of their work on our property, regarding their integrity, and regarding their intelligent, thoughtful, and helpful manner in all aspects of communication with us. We do not have an easy property to maintain, and they do a great job every time.

I called them for an estimate to have some bushes trimmed and their prices were outrageous.

Poor service on billing and timing of doing lawn fertilizing. They were very spotty as done by hand spraying versus machine and did not resolve problems we had with long. Over priced compared other services and type of quality service obtained overall.

I had my cement walkway torn out and replaced with pavers. Nick and his team were very polite. Two of the workers who were on the job the whole time with assistance from others at times did move slowly, so I was concerned for a bit. But the job turned out excellent so I am happy. After completing the work the crew cleaned up the area very well and even mulched around the areas near where they worked and beyond, something I was not expecting. A friendly, competent crew. I recommend this business to others.

I was SO happy with them!! I am REALLY picky about my garden - I have worked so hard to achieve a certain look, utilize native plants, etc...so when I called them up to do a big maintenance (do a hard cut-back on shrubs and bushes, trim trees, pull up weeds, pull out some plants, plant a few big items) I was nervous. Id hired landscapers before who have absolutely butchered my yard, pulled up expensive plants, etc. They took so much time and care and thought in their work, and it looks FANTASTIC. They really listened to my concerns and worked with me. A+!!!

Nick and his crew were awesome. They worked with us through a couple different patio design ideas until we had the one we were looking for. As this was a larger project (+/- 850 sq feet), we searched around and found Nick to be easy to work with. He worked around the terrible weather to get it done as soon as possible and made sure we were happy throughout the entire process.

Had a great experience with their spring cleanup services. The guys who came out were very quick, thorough, and polite. My lawn has never looked better!

I’ve owned a funeral home in Downingtown and we just built a brand new funeral home and we asked Nick and Dan of Froio’s Lawn and Landscape to give me some planting/bed designs ideas. I am extremely picky when it comes to my flower beds and planting’s and boy did they blow my mind. This year was the first year they did our snow plowing at both locations and again, they did a wonderful job, lot was always cleared and they were extremely attentive to when we had services going on. Nick and Dan have done a lot of work at both of our locations and we greatly appreciate all of their hard work and attention to detail. We look forward to having you continue work throughout all of the seasons. Thanks again for all that you do.

Froios has done my landscaping and snow removal the last 6 seasons at my job. I cant tell you how nice they are. A very professional group that takes their work very seriously. Nick and company do a great job!

Made an appointment with Nick, he didnt show up or at least call. Thats probably why he is not listed in the top 10 landscape companies in Westchester PA. Do yourself a favor and research online before you consider hiring this team of incompetents!
