Carol was so awesome and patient in helping us decide on what carpet we wanted. She listened and was a pleasure to work with. Installation was efficient and they vacuumed up when they were finished. We are in love with our new cushy carpet...it is so soft and a pleasure to walk on. Highly recommend and will do business with them again!!

The experience from measuring to options was great. The installation went smoothly. Very pleasant guy. The payments were handled professionally. The process of selecting our carpet and getting it installed was seamless. Our sales person Adam was very responsive and gave good advice throughout the process. I would use Boyles again for my flooring needs.

I went to Boyles on Small Business Saturday in November. They installed my carpet in December and I remain certain they installed the incorrect colored carpet. Dealing with the staff/owner was a truly horrible, unprofessional, and aggressive experience. They said theyd look into it, never did (they said months later my voicemail was full when they attempted to call me?), and then began harassing me for the rest of the payment–despite never solving the issue I had presented to them. I ALWAYS try to support local businesses, but I would truly advise you to go anywhere BUT Boyles carpet if youre local to the West Chester area.

Great people to work with and installers did an excellent job with the old carpet removal and installation of the new carpet.Highly recommend.

Very happy with my sales rep, Jacqui. Ordered bound runners one of which was installed on a stairway. Runners were perfect and the installation job was professionally done and looks great! I will be using Boyles again for all my interior design clients carpeting and rugs.

Estimate and ordering the flooring was simple and quick, and Boyle’s held the flooring till I was able to get other non-related work done. Joe (the installer) was great and I would ask for him when getting your floor done. Very professional, neat, clean, and he took the time to explain the work.

The flooring part was good. What we were so unhappy with was the fact that our sales rep did not communicate that we would have to fill holes in the wall and do so much sanding and painting after our steps were replaced. It took three weeks for what we ordered to come in after we were told it would take one. When we started getting the work done, the guys had to only do half because some of our wood got sent to the wrong place. So we had to wait another week, living with shaved down steps and a banister with nails sticking out. It was very inconvenient. I emailed the our rep to know if she would offer a discount and she never responded. I did speak to the owner a week later about how unhappy we were with the experience and he did give a slight discount which was appreciated. Unfortunately we need to look somewhere else for our future projects.

They have a wide service radius to serve my clients in PA and DE. The measurements are accurate and installation is timely and professional. They are able to meet my client needs at all price points.

Mann was so very neat, conscientious, polite (and patient to my questions and some hovering!), personable and incredibly meticulous with his work. He worked steadily until the job was completed. I would say he is a master craftsman at what he does and in the future he would be the one we would request from Boyles to do work in our home.

The store personell were very helpful in finding the right flooring for me at a good price. The carpet measurer efficient and knowledgeable. The carpet laying staff was amazing. They moved all my furniture both ways for no extra charge and their work was seamless. Literally, I dont see any seams and I know that means they are good! Also, they guarantee their work.

If you are looking for a solid reputable flooing company than Boyles Floor & Window Design is the place to go. The process from the beginning when Mark came out to quote the job to the end was seemless. The installers, Mann and Reggie, were wonderful to work with. They always cleaned up after each day and made sure that the equipment they left behind was never in the way of my family conducting our day to day activities. We definitely plan on using them to refinish our hardwood floors in the future. If you have any flooring or window design needs in the future than I highly recommend giving Boyles the opportunity to earn your business.
