I’ve lived in West Chester for 14 years and have only recently learned about Briglia Dental. By far the best dental experience I’ve had my entire life! Within the past three months, I had consultations at three different dental groups, I have the worst anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I waited two years until I finally got back into the chair right before the pandemic I went in for a cleaning and had major things that needed to be done. Then the pandemic hit finally and wearing a mask I wasnt as focused on my teeth and my smile. My tooth began to decay and I hated my smile and my teeth. I made it a priority to start taking care of my teeth but I wanted to make sure I found a place I truly trusted the work and felt comfortable. Briglia did just that before I even was in the chair, I forgot I was even at the dentist at one point. They are so great the dental hygienist was so informative and educated me right away it was so comforting. Id been avoiding the dentist for decades due to a number of very uncomfortable experiences, but the years and weak teeth (a family trait) combined to make that a non-option going forward. There was a lot of significant work to be done. Dr. B took the time to develop a comprehensive treatment plan and to walk through it with me in detail to address my questions. Cleanings have always made me a bit anxious since the hygienists at the previous dental office I went to could be a bit heavy handed. However, Ella at Briglias office is absolutely superb! She makes teeth cleanings a breeze and is always checking in to make sure youre comfortable. If theres any sensitive spots, shell take her time and even put on a little numbing gel to make it as painless as possible. Dr. Briglia is wonderful as well, any time Ive had to have dental work done, he frequently asks how Im doing and if I feel any sort of discomfort, if so, he is quick to address it. Its hard to say you enjoy going to the dentist, because its well....the dentist, but I definitely dont mind visiting the dentist as much since Ive been a patient here.

I’ve had some pretty rough dental anxieties in the past, lots of tears, and just general stress at the the entire process. Through some research and luck I came across Briglia Dental and WOW. I’ve never had a more positive experience at the dentist. It’s a very calm and friendly place. The vibe doesn’t consist of the normal chaotic dental office with drill sounds and stressful waiting rooms but instead a friendly and knowledgeable reception staff, a calm (usually quite empty) waiting room and cleanliness beyond belief. The last time I visited I had to have a filling replaced and I told the team that they had made it feel like I had gone to a luxury spa and not a dentist appointment, it’s THAT calming and friendly! In addition to the overall atmosphere here I find that I’m treated with incredible attention. I completely understand that I’m one of many patients but not once have I felt this way while being in this office. I’m treated with nothing but kindness and understanding from both Dr Briglia and all of the hygienists I have met so far. As someone who has made some poor dental decisions in the past I feel zero judgement bringing up past actions and questions I may have shied away from in the past and it’s this level of comfort I’m able to have that I feel truly sets them a part. Ive reviewed Dr. Briglia before, and in that review I commented that not only is he the best dentist Ive ever had as far as technical skill, but hes also amazingly good at putting patients at ease. I wanted to relate a recent experience with him, though.I came in last week to have one of my wisdom teeth prepared for a crown, which we had discussed previously was needed. I was ready to sit through the necessary work and also to pay the fairly hefty amount that would not have been covered by my insurance. Once he took a new look, however, he re-evaluated and determined that he could actually fix the tooth without doing a crown, which is exactly what he did. This saved me a lot of time in the chair and a lot of money. He could have just as easily done the work and I never would have been the wiser but he is too much of a good honest person to have done that. I would recommend Dr. Briglia to anyone.

Helpful and gentle care! Great staff and doctor is super nice and caring. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Excellent customer service and very comfortable setting. Everyone makes sure you feel comfortable. They were super sweet and did an excellent job in my teeth. I recommend it 100%. The best dentist I have had!

I am a new client to the Briglia Dental Group. I had been looking for a new dentist and chose them solely based on online review. The new client process was quick and easy. They were professional on the phone and we able to schedule an appointment for a very near date. For my initial cleaning/checkup both the doctor and nurse were pleasant and described everything they would be doing. They took the time to answer questions and make sure that I was comfortable. I needed a follow-up appointment, which was easily scheduled around my work day. The entire process, start to finish, was easy, positive and painless!

Great dentist but archaic billing software. I noticed several billing errors that have not been corrected. I was billed twice $140 for a cleaning when it is covered every six months. The office is responsible for checking with the insurance company and full xrays are approved once every 5 years......still waiting on the billing error to be corrected........

At this dental clinic I felt comfortable and confident in the staff they helped me. They were very thorough and respectful. I have future appointments there very soon and I’m not totally scared. Unlike many dental clinics they are very concerned for your comfort and wellbeing.Definitely returning.

The best dentist that I have ever gone to.

I have been going to Dr. Briglias office for a long time. I trust no one with our dental check ups or anything that we have to have done with our teeth. I pay for the extra 2 cleanings a year since my insurance pays for 2 & the prices are very very reasonable & affordable for anyone. Both Karen & Lisa are terrific to ask questions if there is anything that does pop up regarding insurance or any scheduling conflicts.If you have just moved into the area & looking for an affordable great dentist, contact this Dentist. Dr. Briglia is very nice & explains everything he does anything.

Friendly dental office I have been a patient at for 25 years. A dentist and staff that care about their patients in a clean environment. As a new patient a treatment plan is developed and reviewed with a patient to assure your dental health with pics to back up recommendations.
