I cannot day enough good things about Frank. He came recommended through a friend, and he not only returned my call within an hour, but showed up to do the work just three days later. The price quoted was exactly what he charged (and much cheaper than I was expecting), even after I realized there was one more chimney to be capped than I had told him.
