As is too often the case, this means they took a perfectly fine car and botched it. The paint had been swirled all over by an amateur. When the sun hit it, it looked like itd been tagged by some sort of graffiti artist.IGD made the car new again! The paint is glassy, the shine is deep, the imperfections recede behind the glare of it all.If you want a new car, just bring these guys a used car and let them bring it from Good to Great!

The owner was very professional and pleasant to do business with.Update 11/10 - shortly after getting my car detailed, someone backed into my rear bumper. After getting my bumper fixed and repainted, I contacted the owner of In Great Detail and he told me to swing by and they would take care of re-ceramic coating my bumper. I cannot recommend this business enough. They like to take care and help out their customers as much as they can.

My dark colored car was completely covered in a fine industrial white paint, they removed it entirely off my car and in a very quick manner. Very pleased with quality and length of time it took.

I brought several of my families cars in for the ceramic pro waxing. I was overly satisfied with how all 3 cars came out!! All the employees were extremely professional and overly accommodating and very thorough. I will only go to them in the future. Price was fantastic as well!!! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to get any sort of detailing done to their car.

I went to IGD for a situation happened to my car due to safelite auto glass mistake, the issue was my paint had some stains left behind from using some chemicals while they’re installing my windshield, so I explained to the detail shop(igd), they took my car and came back with bad news (sorry we can’t go more in polishing as it may effect the paint and actually they took some out from the top of the car ALL FREE CHARGE as they show sympathy to what happened to my car and the manager even suggested to go back to safelite and file a claim and I did, safelite will take care of actually.The point is you can’t find honesty these days but these guys were honest and professionals and you can’t go wrong with them.Thanks IGD and definitely I will consider you in the future.

Great detailer! Very upfront and honest about what services I didnt need. Came in for an exterior detail was told I didnt need to polish as the paint is in great condition and theres no scratches. Detailers also checked multiple time and cleaned my windshield as they can see a bit of hazing.

Outstanding quality and customer service! Mr. Craig walked me through the entire process of ceramic coating and was even able to wet sand and repair some damage on my rear bumper. What a great experience! I submitted my name via the ceramic pro website for an authorized applicator to contact me since I was so overwhelmed by the process. I didn’t want to choose wrong and end up with a botched job! In the meantime I searched the web and dug into the local options, followed social media, and picked from the ones who I thought had the best ratings. In great detail was at top of the list. Fortunately, Craig had seen my request and called me and he was just the best! He really knows his stuff! Great experience! I had In Great Detail ceramic coat my brand new car and they did a fabulous job and kept me up to date the whole way. They made it look even better than when I picked it up a few days prior at the dealership because they spent time correcting the quick spray wax job that was done at delivery. In Great Detail applied a ceramic coating to my new car and the outcome is outstanding. Months later I did have an issue with some type of little dots on a few of the horizontal areas of the car due to some type of chemical my car came in contact with. No questions asked Craig, the owner, polished out the tiny spots and applied another top coat of Ceramic Coating at no charge.I highly recommend in Great Detail as they not only did an awesome job but also stand behind their work and the products they use.

No reason to look anywhere else. First of all, my kids completely destroyed the interior of my car with food, crayons, you name it. The leather on the doors were stained with god knows what. In great detail made my car look brand new. Not only that but they were super easy to deal with and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Had my new 2019 Ram 1500 ceramic coated. The guys did a great job, love the results. Found one spot that looks like got missed for paint correction, but very small on such a big vehicle. Will and have recommended to friends! Ill be visiting for all future needs.

The best detailing shop I’ve ever used. In fact “shop” seems like the wrong word. “Studio” is more like it. Small scratches were buffed to invisibility, and a few larger scrapes were made nearly invisible. The I nterior looks like new — and it’s five years old. Topping it all with a ceramic coating made my car shine like never before.

I got the ultimate detailing service done for my dads birthday and IGD did an amazing job. The outside of the truck was perfectly cleaned and shined like new and the inside looked better than when I drove it off the lot. i actually thought the interior carpet was grey, turns out its black!

Great interior detailing, would use again!

I had been shopping around and no one seem interested in my request it was too small. IGD took the job on no problem, communicated to me all the various steps even sending a couple pics along the way. I would only recommend IGD for car detailing, they are the best!!

This was my first time using a detailer to clean my car. I chose the interior detail job; while it was 150$, it was expertly done and I am very happy i chose IGD over the other local shops. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the price for just the interior alone was so expensive. I received my car back perfectly clean, smelling wonderful as well as being handled with excellent care. I recommend this to any and all.

The headlight lenses of my car were cloudy, yellow and scratched. I thought I was going to have replace them and I didnt have the money to do that! IGD said they could get them looking like new again and it worked! Im so glad they were able to make them clear again.

Great consistent experience. The paint touch up service available with detailing is one of my favorite go-to services and have been using them for years.

I had interior detailing done for $229.00 plus tax. I also gave a generous tip. At first glance the car looked good. My dislike all became more visible after I paid and started driving home. Whatever they cleaned the pedals and the frontFloor pads with made them very slippery. It makes it looks very nice but …..You can’t keep your foot on the pedals…..very unsafe. The front dashboard was not detailed very well. All books and cranny needed to be detailed myself. For the price, I expected a Q-tip detailing on the dash. The inside windows were smeared, I had to redo them when I got home. As I was doing the windows, I found 2 damaged spots on the back spoiler and the spoiler was loose. I immediately called them and took the car back for them to see. Of course, they denied responsibility since they had not done detailing on the outside of the car. The manager took pictures, promised to call the owner and call me the next day. That was 5 days ago. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. Don’t go to this place for detailing and if you go to another place, take pictures of your car before handing it over.
