Handle with stem of shower control valve broke broke off during a shower on a Saturday morning. After turning off the water to the running shower, the business answering service contacted Joe Battavio who called back from his home immediately. He was able to come out later the same day to replace the broken valve. Very responsive - quality work. We have used him before and will continue patronize his for our repair and upgrade needs.

I used Battavio for installation of a public water line. First off, after calling numerous plumbers, Battavio was the only plumber to get back to me with an estimate. They worked with me and Aqua to get the line installed and get me off of the well. Both Joe and Tim were great to work with.

Moved away from another plumber / hvac service to Battavio. Theyve been consistently on time and thorough so far. Theyve been out five or so times for different things. Each time their staff communicated well and completed the job within 1-2 days. If they keep it up, Ill keep using them.

My AC system had developed a leak in the condensate pan under the AC unit in the attic. This was apparently caused by a drain that was plugged. and was dripping through an overflow tube. The Battavio technician, Brendan, was very prompt. He arrived within 3 hours of when I contacted the company. He was able to get through the small crawl space and make the appropriate repairs. He was also very aware of cleanliness...wore coverings over his shoes and cleaned up the space. I will contact Battavio Plumbing Heating and Cooling anytime I need them in the future and recommend you do the same.

Battavio replaced our heat pump/air conditioning system. Bill H. the maintenance manager provided literature on several options of a quality brand unit and explained the benefits of each. The installation by Reese L., Brendan P., and Andrew M., was done in a very professional manner in one day. They worked hard (continuously) being careful to to keep the house clean in the process. They removed all of the old equipment and left no trace. At the end, Reese showed me each location where work was done and explained how the system will work. Both the heating and cooling functions were tested before leaving. Reese will also register the unit with the manufacturer and with PECO. And yes it is heating the house more efficiently than our old unit did in recent memory. I highly recommend the services of Battavio.

Really fast replacement of a complete system, indoor blower unit, outdoor heat-pump / compressor, connection lines and new thermostat. Everything top-notch, and friendly service. We received several quotes for a new HVAC system when we converted our electric heat to natural gas and ended up going with Battavio because of how thorough they were in the estimation process and in answering our questions. Their pricing was very similar with a couple other quotes we received but how they treated my wife and I is what set them apart. We have only had the new system in place now for about a month and all is is running smooth so far. Time will tell on the quality of our new HVAC but from all the information we were given on the Bryant made us feel confident that it will be a great heating and cooling system for years to come.

Came out to replace the sewage ejector pump for my basement bathroom. He explained everything he was going to be doing and even took care of the small things like securing the power cord for the unit and replacing a stripped bolt for the basin lid. Will use again in the future and highly recommend.

My garbage disposal broke around 2:00PM the day before Thanksgiving. I was expecting lots of people and water was running under the sink and into the basement ceiling. Installed new central AC/Heat throughout our house. What a beautiful job. Everything went smoothly and was completed sooner than anticipated.About 2 months later we encountered a serious plumbing issue and had them return. Again, the job went perfect.

When I called on a holiday that my a/c was not cooling. I got a response in less than 30 mins. Bill came by and checked the unit and fixed the problem. The prompt response and care is awesome.

My neighbor had a furnace replaced by these guys a few years back and recommended I have them out for an estimate on a new A/C. Called them on Friday morning, and they had someone at the house by noon! They explained everything and were not pushy at all. Didnt try talk us into the most expensive model, like most salesman do. They fully explained the warranty as well as other options that they offer. When he told me the installers would be over early Saturday (next day) to put it in, I thought he was joking. Sure enough they came as planned and had everything done within a few hours. Very impressive. Offered to buy them lunch, but they had to go to another job. Gave them a couple waters and they were on their way. A few hours later I got a call from their customer service department asking me how everything went...wow. These guys take serious pride in there work.

Called Battavio when my landlords plumber could not solve our problem. They fixed the issue using the latest technology equipment. We were up and running in no time and our landlord was very happy also.

Battavio came out asap during the Dec-Jan cold snap. They assessed my broken heat pump situation and determined that the unit was so old that there were no parts available. Reese and William thoroughly discussed my options for a new heat pump, and installed it within days. One day it was 54 degrees in my house and the next day I’m in a luxiourious 68 degrees. They answered all of my many questions regarding how the heat pump worked and the operation of the thermostat. Wonderful! When our heating/ plumbing company of several years bailed on us in our time of need, we called Battavio after reading all the positive reviews. Well here is yet another! We called early Sunday morning, and Tim called us back within five minutes, and was at our house in a half hour. I couldn’t believe it! I feared that it was going to cost a fortune for such top of the line service, and was shocked to see how reasonable the bill was. Tim saved the day! This company goes above and beyond! They, without a doubt, will be our new plumbing/heating company!

I paid $600 for new tub and shower shut-off valves, mixing valve and shower head piping. It was about 2hrs of work plus materials. I ended up having to do about an hour of rework because the new plumbing stuck out further than the wall studs and wouldn’t allow installation of our tub surround. In addition, they did not leave me a threaded pipe for the install of my tub spout and i’ll have to pay additional $ for that. Not worth the money in my opinion.
