I want to commend the Fallivene Agency for its commitment to excellent customer service. Allow me to share a story. On March 7, 2018 one of the trees on my property came down as a result of a ferocious Noreaster. We called the tree surgeon that we had been a customer of for several years. They had been maintaining my trees for years only to find out we were price gouged on this tree removal. Matt Fallivene worked with our homeowners company Cambridge Mutual Fire and Ins. I f I could have put this review with no stars I would have. My experience with this agency was horrible. They lied and manipulated my offer...I withdrew because of their lack of professionalism!Run as fast as you can from this agency .
