I did a lot of research before deciding to go with RWC to replace several wooden windows in our 1925 craftsman/colonial, and I couldnt be happier. The company was extremely professional, responsive and had the high-end windows we wanted. Eric was great in talking through the options and working with us on price. We met with Anthony in early September at our home. We discussed what we envisioned to replace our old outdated front entry door. Anthony took measurements and suggested we visit the showroom where we could get a better idea of the doors they offered. We went and selected a door and received our quote a day or so later. We agreed to go ahead and a couple of days later Anthony came to our home with the contract. While there he re-measured for make certain every measurement was correct. Our door which had a custom feature came in late November. The installer (Brian) showed up right on time and the door arrived right afterward. They removed the old door and loaded it onto their truck for disposal. The complete installation went smoothly and by late afternoon we had a beautiful new door. Anthony came by in the afternoon to check on the progress. Needless to say we are very happy with RWC and have already recommended them to two different friends who need doors. We will definitely use them again.

We used RWC to install 4 brand new windows in our home. This place is excellent and highly professional. I hired RWC to install three windows in my living room in November 2019. From the time Anthony came to measure my windows and provided me with an estimate I knew that RWC was the right company to go with. Anthony is very knowledgeable and was always available to answer any questions I had regarding the windows.The installation was done by Danny and his assistant and they did a great job installing the windows in one day and paying close attention to every detail no matter how small. They installed a piece decorative crown molding on the top frame of the front window which added a nice detail to the window.Choosing RWC was definitely the right decision, I will definitely be using them again. My wife and I bought my grandparents house in 2017. I love my grandparents, but man, this house needed (and still needs) a lot of work! The first thing two things we wanted to tackle were the windows and the main bathroom (both hadnt been touched since the 1950s!). I needed an upgrade on the old original windows in a recent new home purchase. I replaced 9 total windows, 1 bay window, an oversized entrance window, front and back doors. New picture window installed to replace an old one that frame had rotted from water. After the old window was removed, the installer found much more water damage than originally expected. He drove to lumber yard to get a new window sill and additional wood. What was supposed to be a several hour job ended up taking all day due to the damage. Danny, the installers attention to detail was absolutely fantastic. He added extra insulation and calking to make sure there would be no air leaks around the wood he had to replace.Once the job was finished, it looked better than we ever expected it would. The window quality was as good or better than those heavily advertised expensive units at a much lower cost.The overall job left us extremely satisfied and did not burn a hole in our wallet.I highly recommend RWC for a high quality reasonably priced window replacement or any other work they perform.We will be using them again for sure.

3 years ago i needed to have one of my double-hung windows repaired. it had gone soft in the frame and would not stay open. i didnt know who to call so my wife suggested i look up the company that installed the windows; but that was 15 years earlier (1998). i still had the paperwork from when they installed 35 windows in our house. i figured what the heck, might as well give them a call. Not only did they remember me, but they came out the next day and repaired the window - no charge. as far as i know, the windows were no longer under warranty. Fast forward till this week - i needed to replace our two storms doors. Funny - after 19 years they still have the same phone number. they moved from Pollock Avenue in Jersey City out to a nice showroom in West Caldwell. my wife and i took a drive out to the West Caldwell location. We first met with Ashley, who began to show us around; when i mentioned Replacement Window did our windows 19 years ago she called for her brother - Eric. It was amazing to see the same guy who helped put in the windows 19 years ago still there, running the family-owned business with his sister Ashley. My wife and I utilized RWC in the Summer of 2014 to renovate our entire first floor. Work included the complete removal of an existing 1950s kitchen, a dividing wall, flooring, trim, and half bathroom. Scope of work was quite large and Ashley, from RWC, was our contact/designer for the project.Ashley met us multiple times at home to show samples and discuss the extent of work to be done and also invited us into the showroom to see options to actual scale. While there she informed us of the process and introduced us to Pete who would be overseeing all the work on a daily basis. Everyone was great.The project kicked off on a Monday at about 8am and the house was gutted/demoed before lunch time. The guys did a great job keeping everything neat and clean despite all the work that had gone on. By weekend all inspections had been done and ready to close up the walls. My wife and I went on vacation to escape the work the following week. Upon our return we found that the entire project had been completed in record time! Our entire first floor had been completely remodeled in a 14 day period. Trim, cabinets, painting, cleaning, flooring etc.Ashley and her team at RWC did a fantastic job and made the entire process very simple and stress free. Despite my wife being a little demanding, we were assured the house would look great and it definitely does. I continuously refer people to RWC for any renovations, doors, or windows and will be using them again to renovate our second floor bathroom.

Our experience with RWC was excellent. From the first time we walked into there showroom till the last day when the job was completed. Our salesperson Joe was never pushy took his time to show us all the necessary products to complete our bathroom renovation offering us suggestions on what to do. It was pleasure to have everything we needed at the one location, and not have to go to numerous stores. Ashley never missed a step letting us know in advance the schedule. The job was started on the date we agreed on and ended on time. Each crew member that came in to complete his part of the project was professional, friendly, and made sure our house was clean before they left, They also offered suggestions to our project from there past experiences on other projects they completed. Pete the construction person, and Pete the plumber wereextremely helpful, along with Dave who completed the electrical work just to name a few who worked at our house. I strongly recommend RWC, and I thank all of them for a job well done

I recently had a storm door and two small storm windows replaced by RWC. Right from the get-go the experience was terrific. Eric and Ashley were prompt, friendly, and thorough when running me through the options and scheduling the job to be done. As for the actual installation, it was exactly as Eric and I had discussed, and it couldnt have come out better. I typically do not write reviews, but I cant say enough about how happy I am with RWC. I had RWC install my front door and my storm door. I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasant experience it was from beginning to end. Pauls knowledge and expertise was beyond my expectations. Everyone I dealt with from Eric to Anthony to Ashley was such a pleasure. Of course when it came time to install new windows in my home I called Eric. I would not even consider using anyone else. Danny and Art did the installation and I could not have asked for 2 greater guys. Their skill and personalities made my day. What a dynamic duo! They took their time and cleaned all debris. Now its time to do basement windows and once again I will only use RWC. If you have a project involving doors, windows or a remodel use RWC. You will not be disappointed. I give them 5 stars!!!

This was probably the largest project that was executed of the 3 and I can say without reservation that it was the most successful and rewarding. Joe Giampapa is an outstanding professional that took a PERSONAL and SINCERE interest in my home and family. His knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to guide a homeowner through (what at times) can be an overwhelming process is second to none. Also equally impressive is his ability to listen to your needs and help craft an approach that can meet your budget without compromising the quality of the final product. Furthermore, the skilled laborers he allowed to work in my home all shared his companys vision of professionalism. They were a welcomed addition to our family throughout the course of the project. They were courtesy, professional and took all the time necessary to explain the different options in glass doors including where to center the opening. Joe came back out after doors were installed just to make sure they looked and functioned correctly. Working with them was a great experience and we highly recommend them to others.

I called these guys due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews on here, but Im not sure what happened in our case. Anthony came over for our scheduled appointment, and spent time walking around my house with my wife and I. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional, and we were ready to get to work on a number of projects. I checked-in with Anthony about 1 week later to ask that he expedite one particular quote for us, getting an interior door installed for my office/guestroom. I had guests from out of town coming in. He never replied. 1 week later, my wife called the number on his business card, but he didnt answer, and didnt return the call. I then called him, and again, he didnt answer and didnt call. I didnt want to go over his head, but at this point I really needed the job done soon, so I called the store. My call was picked up, and I explained that Anthony had not gotten back to us after more than 1 month. The woman at the store said shed find out what is going on, and get back to us. She never did. I guess our meager projects were too small for RWC, but I wish they would have been honest and told us this from the beginning, so as not to waste our time. I took an afternoon off of work to host him at our home, the least they could have done is respond to any 1 of the 4 times we reached back out to them for an update. Were very disappointed in their lack of common courtesy. If anyone has any recommendations for a professional that will actually respond to their prospective customers, please let me know.

Cannot say enough good things about RWC, Pete and all of his crew that worked on our bathroom. Thanks to them, our bathroom went from being an ugly duckling to a beautiful swan. Eric and the team at RWC made replacing 15 windows in our house a pleasure. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly in person and over the phone. The estimate was spot on, the work they did for installation was smooth and clean. They took care when in the house with their gear, you could tell the installers knew their craft. This company is fantastic. They replaced 6 custom sized Anderson windows at 1/4 of the price quoted by Renewal by Anderson. And they were able to perform the job in a way that didnt require any patch up painting on either the inside or outside of the house. All work was done professionally, no mess was left behind, and paid the price quoted on their original estimate and not a penny more. Thanks RWC!

I can’t begin to tell you about the pleasant experience that we had dealing with RWC. Right from day one meeting with Joe Giampapa at the showroom. Joe had spent several hours, working with my wife designing our master bathroom. He showed us several different options that would fit within our price range. At no time was there ever any pressure felt. The plans, quote and work phases that Joe had provided were well defined in writing. Once the work had started I can’t say enough about the project manager Ashley. Her constant communication with updates and work phase completions throughout the project were the best. The work crews that were sent were polite, neat and meticulous with their work. The project was completed on time. I work definitely recommend RWC for any of your remodeling needs.

We just had the doors to our synagogue replaced by RWC. Eric took care of us and was so easy to work with, helping us get what we wanted and still staying within our budget. The doors were installed on time, with care for the marble surrounding the door frame. RWC did an amazing job and came back the next day to finish up installation with a problem not of their making. We were so happy with their work!

I needed six windows to be replaced including new window casings. The windows replaced were the original windows of a 80 year old house. We didnt know what to expect but Eric reassured us his team would take care of it. The job was done seamlessly and in a timely manner. We are very happy with our new windows and will be using RWC in the future the remodeling of our bathroom and replacement of the 2nd floor windows. Highly recommend!

We had our front storm door recently replaced by RWC. The door was installed on the date that was promised and it looks great. When it needed a slight adjustment due to the warmer weather, Anthony came right over to review the situation and had their installer come back to rectify the issue in less than 1 hour. I would certainly choose RWC again for our next door project!

After moving in to our house we decided the old front door needed to be replaced. My wife and I went to the big box stores looking at doors and did not like what we saw or how it was being presented.
