I arrived with a flat tire in my trunk. They took me right away, made the repairs and I was on my way. The technician returned all of the equipment along with the spare to its rightful place in the trunk.It was quick and reasonably priced. The manager and technician were both courteous and professional. I highly recommend this shop for tire service.

My car had a loud exhaust and needed repair. I took it to Meineke repair shop for an estimate. The shop owner Andy did called several exhaust pipe suppliers and no one had available parts for the repair. Instead of giving up Andy gave me an option to repair and weld exhaust pipe for low labor costs until parts would be available in the future. The repair service was quick, efficient and inexpensive. I would definitely come back for future repair needs.

Owner was wonderful. So nice. our exhaust pipe broke on a long trip. He made time for us before they even opened and welded it so we could make it home. Thank God for for this business

Just moved to the area and needed to find a mechanic. Decided to give Meinekee a shot based on other reviews. Andy was honest and very reasonable. I told him there was a vibration coming from the front end and that another mechanic suggested the ball joint might be bad. Andy took it for a quick test drive, heard the noise and put it on the lift. Ball joints were fine. Stabilizer end links were the source. Noise is gone and for a lot less money. I will definitely continue going here.

After a really frustrating experience at a Mavis center, I ended up needing to get my muffler either replaced or patched up. They recommended Andy and his shop and boy do I wish I went there in the first place. My car was taken in right away and ended up having the whole part replaced, but everything was done around noon and I was able to get my car the same day. Andy was also very pleasant throughout everything and straight to the point. Overall just a great shop.

I went in with stardard oil change coupon. I am using standard oil for my car from last 2 years. While I understand full synthetic is good one, I wanted to go for standard. Owner just refused to add standard oil and instead started pushing me to put synthetic. I simply refused. I know he must be expert but standard /synthetic is my choice not his.

Had and oil change only to find out they stripped the oil plug!!!! looks at your vehicles when finished I’m sure I’m one of many !!!!

Arrived without an appointment and still seen immediately. They were able to replace just the one part of my muffler system that was leaking rather than the whole system. Even said the the rest of the system is still good for now.

Took my Nissan Altima for its first Transmission flush. He obviously didnt do the transmission flush, because a few months later the transmission blew. He acts friendly sometimes, but I was going there for oil changes for about 2 years and his attitude deteriorated over time.

It was my first time here. I came in to get the flex pipe in my exhaust fixed, after inspecting under my car. The service was quick and my car is quiet again. It was a streamline process from the car being taken in to the completion of the service. No hidden fees and didn’t throw any bs at me, saying that my car needs anything else.

Recently made an appointment for brakes and an oil change - sat and waited with the car. Andy (owner) gave a quick estimate and some advice. He offered discounts and performed a few procedures at no charge, since a lot of work would be needed.While waiting in the small area, Andy was very kind and when a delivered pizza arrived, he offered me a slice and some soda - small gesture but much appreciated.The price was right, customer service was great and the car performed fantastic as I pulled away! Dont know if the shop changed owners or something but I dont know what the other users are talking about. Andy, the manager, is a great guy, does quality work, and is totally honest. I had a spindle that needed replacing and Andy took the time to show me what a new spindle looked like and then showed me mine... there was definitely no question mine needed to go. I dont trust anyone else with my car now.

Andys mis-diagnosis ends up being the customers responsibility!Im not an expert with cars but I know enough to get by; I went in there because my car wouldnt start, I explained to him that I replaced the battery and that I didnt believe it was the starter causing the issue because when I turned the key I had no lights in the dashboard at all. I told him that I thought it could be an electrical short / fuse issue; he assured me that he would run his diagnosis and he reported back it was the starter. I said are you sure its the starter; he confirmed and I agreed to this repair. The very next day I experienced the same exact issue where my car would not start; Andy sent his mechanic to the location of my car and I see what he did; the real issue was electrical short coming from the negative battery terminal cable. He ended up cleaning the ground and moving it to a different screw location which fixed this issue. This makes perfect sense now as to why my car would start sometimes and other times it would be completely dead with no power; so a $5 fix ended up costing me $471.I proceeded to tell him that its not my fault he got the diagnosis wrong and that I now have to be responsible for this $471 starter repair that I didnt even need in the first place. He continues to state that he put a new starter in my car and wont give me a refund and the only thing he could do is provide a $150 credit for the next time I go there.I will not be going back there and his cost on this job is probably $250; so instead of being honest and owning up to his mistake and not holding his customer responsible, he instead lost me as a long-term customer where I have already spent over $2K with him; he will no longer get any recurring business from me and on top of that because of the way he handled this situation I am letting everyone else what type of experience you can expect with a wrong diagnosis of your car.And as a parting gift, he also scratched my front passenger door with one of his tools; which he he stated it was not him, however, I wouldnt expect anything different.As a business owner, you should take responsibility when you are wrong and own up to the mistake and take the $250 lost; your mistakes in diagnosis should NOT be passed on to your customers!

Was sent here by another Meineke after having trouble following a brake repair.The man who greeted us had an attitude immediately- beyond rude. He said he couldn’t even look at the car for several days. Ok fine, I can understand if you’re busy. No need to take it out on me. He refused to even offer a word of advice when asked what he would suggest we do since we were basically stranded....After having just spent $1000 at another meineke. He was just absolutely nasty. No need to respond to this. It’s obvious from many other reviews that this person is a problem and has a chip on their shoulder. Even the Meineke tech 40 miles away (who was very nice) said this guy is notoriously difficult (putting it nicely). Some reputation.

Awful experience ... When you take your vehicle for a simple oil change and on your way home your car inexplicably begins to over heat knowing that they were just under the hood, well logically you take it back. But, when the owner / manager begins a blame game instead of offering a sensible solution indicates its just coincidental and if you want it fix you have to pay otherwise you can take your car, it leaves you feeling sadden and taken for a fool. After $20,00 for the initial oil change, and an additional $60.00 plus tax spending approx $80.00 in total left me numb. Im a faithful Meineke customer and it just so happened that unfortunately the establishment near me closed. I must say that I will never recommend anyone in my lifetime to this specific establishment.

These guys seem fairly honest, and theyre prices are great. I showed up 15 minutes early for an oil change and they took me right in. I was back on the road 10 minutes later, and it only cost me $32 for a synthetic oil change. Cant beat that.
