I would not recommend this company for custom window replacement. Installed scratched up windows, with sloppy upper joints and screens with gaps in the corners and claim its standard even though sales person nor advertising photos or description in print informed me if this. Who would by damaged windows????? And management (regional) had the audacity to tell me people were paid bonus already...nothing they were willing to do. Which is extremely unprofessional. Every person I came in to contact with had a different story. Poor customer service, they ignore you !!! I have been dealing with this for months. Follow up is horrible and now no one will contact me!!! Funny they were fast to take my money! They lost out on a lot of future business.

Tried to get a quote for new cabinets and counter top for a kitchen remodel. Someone came out to measure the kitchen (Depot charged $50 for this). Then ...nothing. No plans, no calls, no emails. Went back to the store 3 times and got the runaround on why it is taking so long. Waited 3 weeks. 4 weeks, more calls......finally after 6 weeks I called the store manager. He said he would have someone call me back. Nothing again. Another week went by. Went back to store and demanded my money back. What a huge waste of time. I can’t find one time during this experience when someone from Home Depot actually did what they said they would. Dont waste your time with these guys find a professional company who knows what they are doing.
