Do not use this place for a Termite Inspection. I had scheduled an inspection with a sales rep here. When the inspection was going to take place, no one showed up. I then call Family Pest Control, they informed me that they dont do any termite inspections anymore. Horrible communication, execution and customer service from start to finish.

The technician is always very kind and unobtrusive. I work from home so he politely removes his boots on the front porch, comes in and takes care of the work without any bother. The house never stinks or has tons of gross residue. I appreciate how he always asks if weve seen any bugs or had issues.

They have been coming for a few months and I have had zero issues with bugs and they do a pretty good job keeping fire ants away
