So I dropped off a ring to be resized (needed larger by four sizes) on a Friday, with the expectation to taking one-to-two weeks minimum. Here it is on a Tuesday, I get the call that it is ready. Not only was I already impressed about their speed of service, but the job they did cannot be described with words. I am somewhat cynical by nature, so the recommendation of stretching the ring instead of adding gold was something I was skeptical on doing…but that was Justin’s recommendation - and he was beyond correct. When I came in to pick up the ring, I was so astounded with the job he did. It was stretched perfect, and the custom engraving on the inside was not warped or illegible - and the gold ring was shined perfectly. Do not hesitate to go with Maus for any of your jewelry needs. And, they are “cost friendly”.

My husband bought my engagement ring at a big chain store. It really is a lovely ring, but after receiving it, we have read enough poor reviews and had our own shady experiences with the semi-annual inspections that we came running to Maus for reassurance because of their impeccable reputation. We are always given incredible service and they bend over backwards to give fair prices. Most recently, we were told at Zales that my ring had a loose prong and would need to be sent out for at least three weeks for a hefty price. It sounded suspicious to us, so we took it to Maus, who fully inspected it for free and ensured it was all tight and safe. They performed this service with a smile and for free. They are amazing and we will only buy from them moving forward!!

Went to Maus to have my great great grandmothers engagement ring resized and the staff was super friendly and funny! The jeweler answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. They told me it would be about 2 weeks but they called me a week later to say it was done! I will definitely use them for our wedding bands!

They actually have a goldsmith/repair service in house and hes excellent. They offer great service and are very sincere. Wish I had more money to spend. Id spend more there!!

Never Got Order-Owner priced custom necklace. Manager decided not to process order in a petty move. Id even given her the Catalog #s and she brought the corresponding beads onscreen. 2 other employees knew how important this was to me.

Has integrity and is humble.I have no desire to enter a chain jewelry store where their goal is to sell you a piece of jewelry from the moment you walk you.At Maus Jewlers I have never felt any pressure to buy something I am looking at. They will give suggestions and tell you about other options but if you tell them your not sure or not ready to buy they have always been respectful to that.This is why, when I am ready, I go back to them. It doesnt matter if there were to be a price difference between them and a bigger store, I dont even bother checking around.

Wow. These people are great. I was to 2 other jewellers before stopping here. I wanted something custom for my daughters wedding. If course the idea came to me 3 weeks before the wedding. Throw in wanting to use diamonds from an old ring along with new stones and a nickel allergy and I was about to give up hope. Not only did they give me a ton of ideas and options but found the perfect setting and kept it within the small budget I had. I cant say enough about them. I will never go to another jewelry store. Cant recommend them highly enough.

My fiance and I came here five months ago to buy an engagement ring. He had just proposed and we were very excited. We are both very young and it seemed like the staff saw us as a waste of time. They were not at all excited for us, and were uninterested in helping us pick the perfect ring. I am very picky and wanted to see every ring they had but the lady there kept pushing us to the diamonds. I asked to see all the rings which she showed me and took out for us. When we went to leave (with nothing to show) I noticed an entire case of discount rings that were not shown to us. I didnt ask to see them and just left. Completely took me out of the mood for shopping for the ring. We found an amazing ring at Koehn & Koehn, I would highly recommend them.
