Had a great experience from initial contact with the Dealership! Was called promptly by the Sales Manager Steve “Chops” set up an appointment and was greeted by the GM upon arrival. They had the vehicle I was interested in already pulled up front waiting on me. The Sales Woman Ryan was fantastic and tended to us with great care.As a Sales Service Operations Manager I appreciated the customer service they provided. They have earned by business for future purchases! Definitely recommend if your looking for a Honda this is the place to go !

Finally there is a car dealership that makes sense. No long drawn out negotiations to get a fair deal. No pressure to sign immediately or lose the deal. No intimidation. Instead, a highly professional, well informed staff. We worked with Ryan who is highly professional, patient, well informed, and personable. She wanted to know what we needed in a vehicle to ensure that our needs were met. She reviewed all the features of the vehicle, both during the initial sales meeting and at time of purchase. Very happy with the entire process and my new CRV hybrid. When you need a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go straight to Morris’s....and ask for Ryan!!

I expressed interest on the internet in a vehicle that they had listed. Larry reached out the next morning with a full video of all the features for the vehicle. I was able to schedule a time to get there the next day and was about to test drive and examine the vehicle. The whole crew there was easy to work with and helped to get us out the door about 2 hrs later.I would highly recommend them!

Set up an appointment to view two cars both listed on their website. Arrived only to find that instead of meeting with who we expected we got pawned off to a new employee whose only interest was what I continually thought of the cars. Both cars were ROUGH! One was even missing some parts to the exhaust and was supposedly not supposed to be shown yet it was on the website and nobody said thing one until I made comments about it. The other car literally had pieces of the interior breaking off and disintegrating. Be very careful going to this location, take someone who knows about cars or you might get stuck with junk.Comments on the response: I appreciate the time being taken to respond to me however a few facts. I only looked at those two vehicles and no others were shown. Additionally to say those two vehicles are in great shape is just false. The Porsche had an audible engine knock common in that type of car towards the end of its life. The Toyota, as was admitted to me after I called out the staff on the exhaust noise, was missing the catalytic converter which was apparently stolen. I stand by my statement to take a mechanic or risk what you might end up with.

Reached out to Morie’s Saturday morning. Nick, the representative, was very helpful. We decided to make the purchase and headed to the dealer. Normally, the cut-off time was 4 pm, but the team was accommodating for us arriving later (after 4:30). We were able to get out by 7:00. I would recommend this dealer to others based how they handled my needs with no pressure at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have worked all day with the sales person Ryan to purchase a Chrysler Van that was available for sale. After working all day, getting all the financing in line, Morries charging my debit card for the holding fee, I receive a call from the sales manager who tells me the van has sold, but was there another vehicle I was interested in. (To have the audacity to ask if you could sell me something else after what just happened, you should be ashamed.) I was totally thrown off guard and was shocked that this had happened. This wasnt a miscommunication between sales people, Ryan had talked to her manager several times through our conversations. This was something shady. NEVER will I recommend your dealership, I have lots of family and friends in the West Bend area, they will all be made aware of what a crooked dealership you are.

I like the way that the mechanic videoed all the work in progress. Like checking brake fluid, timing belt, oil, tire depth, shocks, air filters, including the cabin air filter. They did a great job. I live in San Diego and found on-line a used truck up for sale at Morries. I initially worked with Ed and then with Tracy and Larry. I committed to buying the truck off a video walkaround that Tracy prepared. All of this was done in about an hour.I flew to Milwaukee the next day and met all three sales people. The truck was exactly as described and beautiful. The deal was consummated in less than 2 hours. I couldnt be more happy with my purchase experience at Morries. I was definitely taking a risk but in the end the Morries sales team was just super honest and a pleasure to work with. So my fiance and I had an amazing experience working with our first sale person, Terry. She was amazing! So helpful and was willing to work with us and find us something that we could not only afford but liked. We thought we found a car however the day we went in to look at it she was not there. So we worked with the sales manager, Ed Wilczek, which was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We came in to look at one car and instead of showing it to us and giving us the pricing he kept trying to talk us into getting a lease, after we told him MULTIPLE times that we did not want a loan. It was not in our price range and just not something we were interested in because we knew we would not be able to stay within the miles. Finally, we were able to look at the car we wanted and had our mechanic look at the car. He found multiple things wrong with it and asked the sales manager, Ed for more information and records on the car. There were a number of things we wanted checked, one of them being the tires. We believed that they had not been replaced on this 2017 car even thought the sales manager said that they definitely had been. The sales manager came back after a bit of time, without any records for us, and then told us that the tires were from 2017.... clearly meaning they had not been replaced even though they were very worn down. The sales manager proceeded to tell us that the tires would go for another few thousands miles. We also noticed that there was a large amount of dirt and sand in the filter, when asked if he had noticed this, he told our mechanic he, did not turn wrenches for a living. Sure, that is true but it would have obvious to anyone that the filter was abnormally dirty. After all this we sat down to talk price. Once again the sales manager brought up a lease and then brought up buying a brand new car. Finally, he showed a quote that with things that we did not even wanted included with the car. At this point we told him we were done. This was above our price range and it was clear to my fiance and I he would not work with us. He then turned to my fiance and rudely asked well what are you going to drive? We then got up and walked out. I understand sales is part of the job, but being rude is not. Would not recommend working with him ever. Not to mention my fiance had applied at this location and had his application threatened to not even be looked at if he didnt buy a car with this dealership by this sales manager. Unprofessional and just overall uncalled for. Even if my fiance was offered to work there, after that experience he would never take a job at this location.

Initially the experience with the dealership was great, several weeks later its been a different story. Me and my wife have been in talks with the manager on a different deal and everything seemed to have been going well but then the communication became really bad. We essentially have been getting ghosted. Weve sent several emails, several phone calls to the manager and havent received not one response at all. Weve been shocked because up to that point everything was great. We just feel its been very unprofessional because we atleast deserve the decency of a response. No matter good or bad, but to not hear anything at all is just unacceptable and plain rude.

BE CAREFUL when dealing with their online salespeople. I contacted them through an ad they had posted on Facebook to set up an appointment to test drive a used vehicle. I was in contact with two separate people, Nina G and Ian Panzer, who set up and confirmed my appointment to see the vehicle. I drove an hour to get the dealership and when I arrived Ian was already in a meeting at the scheduled time I had set up. Someone else checked on the vehicle and let me know that it was already sold. Hopefully they were just lazy and did not even check if the car was available rather than purposely setting up the appointment knowing it was sold to try and sell me something else. Very disappointed I wasted two hours driving for no reason at all.

Theres nothing good I can say about my experience with this dealership. I located a vehicle I was interested in purchasing and I was connected with a salesperson that was not even present at the dealership. When I contacted the dealership to speak to someone else, I was told all salespersons are essential workers in the state of Wisconsin. Yet I still havent been connected with someone that doesnt blow smoke, wanting to sell a vehicle. I guess Ill go to a different Honda dealer.

We chose to drive 3 hours to purchase my 2020 Honda CRV at Morries rather than buying locally because of the Morries clearly advertised low bottom dollar (which was $1600 less than the same vehicle locally). I also chose Morries because they offer lifetime warranty on the powertrain thru the BuyHappy program. I was impressed with the size & cleanliness of the dealership. Clearly they make $$ and you dont make money with poor sales practices. The staff was very friendly & several staff members came to visit with us during the rather long wait to finalize the sale. This was due to a number of vehicles sold before us that day.

Did not enjoy my experience with this location. Ryan is the only positive I could mention. She was very helpful and friendly. Bob the general manager blew her sale unfortunately with the insulting low ball trade in value for our current car. They wouldn’t even give us a number initially, just said we had a bunch of body damage that made the car worth way less then we wanted for it. The only body damage we had were a few scrapes and the front quarter panel needed replacing which a body shop quoted at $1,000 dollars. Got just about double what they offered at a different dealership in town, and got way more car for our money in the long run. Would not recommend this location if you have a trade in. If you don’t have a trade in, ask for Ryan- she really did a great job and if it wasn’t for the insultingly low trade in value, she absolutely would’ve had our sale.

I will always recommend Morrie’s!!!!! The staff there was so nice and helpful ! My salesperson was Ryan and she was awesome ! I felt like I was in really good hands there. Iran, the financing person, was amazing too! He found me the best interest rate for my first car loan .... I’m so happy I decided to go to Morrie’s 😊
