TERRIBLE experience. I had an appointment booked online for 5:15 on their app for a Tuesday appointment - lab was scheduled to be open until 6:00. I arrived right on time and checked in on my phone, which directed me to stay in my car until texted to come in due to COVID. I waited 20 minutes with no text. Concerned something went wrong with the app processing, I tried to go into the lab to ensure I was seen before they closed and their lab door was locked with no staff there. I left two messages at the lab the following day (no one ever picks up the phone) asking for a manager to call me back with zero reply. I called corporate to let them know about my experience and was told I would hear back from someone, this was weeks ago and I still havent. Do not go, unprofessional to say the least.

Best place ive ever been to to get labs. Quick and easy! The woman who does the lab work is so nice and really good at what she does! It takes the stress out of getting my labs done and eases anxiety of having blood drawn. Im very thankful to her because ive had bad experiences other places. She always decorates the place as well to be fun, warm and friendly!

Quick and easy experience. Theyre typically not busy so you dont really need an appointment.
