Mike, Gina & Deb were great to work with. They always responded right away to any questions I had and the few issues that came up were addressed immediately and quickly resolved. All the contractors that came were friendly, knowledgeable and did quality work. I was also impressed with how well organized their whole process was. They gave us a step-by-step schedule and kept to it; the project was done by the date they promised. Most importantly, I love my new kitchen! Gina did a wonderful job with the design. I highly recommend Reality Construction.

They made our remodeling experience enjoyable and completed the project on time - 2 1/2 months. They guided us through design, construction, and final review, simplifying the entire process. We had our bathroom remodel with Reality Construction LLC and the results were amazing. Gina and Mike made suggestions that I would never considered. They personally took the time to explain all the small details of each step. Gina then takes the time to go along and assist in picking out all the cabinets, fixtures and lighting. With her help she made sure everything was holding to the style and décor I was looking to accomplish. During the entire process they communicated with every choice and if schedule changes were needed with the contractors. They supplied an calendar of dates when the variety of work would be completed. I would recommend to friends and family. In fact I have plans in the future to remodel my kitchen and they would be my first choice.

Mike and his crews were wonderful to work with and took great care and focus with our basement remodel project. We had the entire basement stripped down to bare concrete and had two new rooms, a living area and a full bathroom added. It looks amazing and was completed within a day of the initial project completion date initially quoted. Very impressive!

Mike and Gina were fantastic. I had them remodel my basement. Most important to me was the great communication. They kept me up to date and in the loop of where they were in the project and what to expect going forward. This company truly cares about delivering what the customer wants.

Didnt i just see you and Gina at the Sawmill restaurant 2 hours ago and asked you for a business card ? If not someone wearing Reality Construction of West Bend jackets was extremely rude when I asked for a business card. She was nice, but the man wouldnt make eye contact and walked out before I could ask about getting work done. Even other people in the restaurant remarked how rude you were.

We felt comfortable from the beginning after meetingn Mike and Gina. They explained the process and going forward from selecting all the materials to the installations things went well. The work done by the different installers was excellent and they also addressed any concerns or issues we had along the way.The kitchen looks great and look forward to putting it to a lot of good use.

We were very pleased with our remodeling project. We expanded our main floor half bath to a full bath with a shower and also expanded our main floor laundry room. We love the new layout, and we were pleased with the design that Gina came up with. The communication with Mike and Gina was great; they kept us informed all along the way and returned calls and emails promptly to answer any questions we had. Ralph does outstanding carpentry and trim work with fine attention to detail. They stuck to their timeline of completion, and the price we were quoted was the price we paid. We worked with Reality Contruction this fall. We had decided to remodel our kitchen to update it from the 70s. This included removing walls. Of all the contractors we interviewed, Mike & Gina were the most friendly, professional and personable AND listened to what we wanted to do. Throughout the entire process, we had excellent, professional workers who were helpful, respectful and willing to answer any questions we had. They frequently consulted with us to make sure the project was done to our liking. Mike, Gina and Debbie were always available to us and promptly responded, even on weekends and after hours. The project was completed on time and the cost quoted was the cost we paid. There were no surprises or hidden fees. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect!One of the nicest benefits was that we were taken to all the suppliers to see the products and make our selections with guidance from Gina and Mike. Our kitchen now has a “Wow” feature when guests come into our home. It is beautiful and efficient to work in. It has become the centerpiece of our home and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Reality Construction LLC!

Unfortunately will not be going with this company for my basement finishing. They were the last to quote out of 4 companies and well above the highest price. Had 3 other quotes all within 7k of eachother and they came in north of 30k high. Not sure if they were too busy for the job anyways and just gave me a throwaway quote but 30k high is insulting. They seemed like nice people but 30k high and only using a tape measure to quote me is unfortunate.

We hired Reality Construction to remodel our 1960 era kitchen. we wanted a complete overhaul with walls being removed, all new cabinets, new flooring, new counter tops, new appliances, and a new laundry/mud room. we had 6 contractors come in and give us estimates. 2 of the companies made us go to their showrooms and sit through their sales pitch. they gave us estimates without ever even coming to our house. we eliminated those 2 right away. from the start Mike and Gina impressed us with their knowledge of this type of project. Mike was the only proposal that included compete removal of all existing walls so that the new electric and plumbing would go in without issue and to make sure any old issues in the walls would be addressed. he provided all new insulation and vapor barrier. Mike has been using the same tradesmen for years, and they were all friendly, prompt, and skilled. these guys obviously knew and worked with each other before, making the work a lot smoother. another good thing about Reality Construction is that you sign a contract for a set price and after that there are no surprises or added costs. they were the only contractor that offered that. the job was scheduled for 12 weeks and even with the large scale of the work and with the coronavirus we were done on time. the final product was exactly as we wanted it and equally important the quality of the work was first rate. we worried about sloppy drywall or bad trim work or bad messy tile work but none of that happened. having those skilled guys doing the work paid off. what REALITY CONTRUCTION PROMISED THEY DELIVERED. if you want quality work at a fair price we highly recommend them. if its one thing we learned after 3 months of construction its hire a company that does quality work, doesnt cut corners, doesnt spring surprises on you and that you feel comfortable working with.

We used Reality Construction for a total kitchen remodel and are very pleased with the result. This was our first major remodel and didnt know what to expect - I couldnt have imagined a smoother process. From taking us shopping to pick out the materials to providing a calendar on day one that showed exactly what would happen each day, it took the guesswork out of the process. Even when our 60+ year old house had some surprises, they were handled and we were kept calm. All of this was done within the time and budget we were quoted.Mike and Gina kept us informed and were great at communicating and returning our calls. They were also very patient with us first-timers! The workers were great and did quality work. We would definitely recommend using them!

Mike, Gina and their team did a wonderful job on our basement remodel. They completely gutted the space and added a bathroom and laundry closet. The basement went from a cold and outdated space to our favorite floor in the house. I knew when I left the house in their hands each morning that Mike was treating the space like it was his own. He took the schedule seriously, going so far as to manage the basement waterproofing companies schedule and work even though they were not his contractors. Reality Construction made the process simple, even when the job was not! I have told my friends and family about the great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

We used Reality to finish our basement and the results were even better than we expected. The process from start to finish went exactly like Mike and Gina told us it would. We had a ~1700 sq ft. basement that was partially finished. Mikes team demolished it to the concrete walls/floor, added a full bath, egress window, wet bar w/ island, bedroom w/ walk-in closet, hallway closet, storage room, utility room, natural gas generator, replaced electrical panel, and moved two sewer stacks in to the walls to open the floor plan. We had low ceilings to begin with and Mike took it upon himself to have his team raise our duct work as close as we good to the ceiling to give us a couple more inches. He continually pointed out a lot of things (questions for us to answer - w/ recommendations) as we went through the process. We heard from him or his team very frequently - providing us updates along the way.He wasnt the cheapest bid we got, nor was he the most expensive. We did appreciate that they walked us through the options to choose, and would provide recommendations (cabinets, door/trim type/color, counter-tops, bathroom/kitchen fixtures, etc). That process could have been overwhelming but they made it a breeze.Mike kept the project moving really fast until we asked to pause for a potential water issue. Once we resolved that, Mikes team finished quickly. We were very satisfied and would choose them again.

I recently had insurance work done at my house by Reality Construction and I am pleased with the work they did. They replaced the wood flooring in several rooms of the house after it had been water damaged. Jennings and the rest of the company did a great job working with my insurance company, providing estimates, and letting me know the progress as the project was being completed. I am very happy with the finished product and would absolutely recommend them for work in your home.

I was exceptionally pleased with my kitchen remodel from Reality Construction. I have an older home and my kitchen had to be completely gutted. I was a very nervous client and and they were very patient with all my questions and concerns. They completed everything on time and well within my budget. I cant wait to work with them again!

We met Mike & Gina from Reality Construction at a remodeling show. The first thing I noticed was their ease in explaining the steps of a remodel. We were first time remodelers and needed to find people we could trust. Fast forward to a full kitchen remodel & several years later a bathroom with a whirlpool. We hired Reality Construction (Mike and Gina) to remodel our Kitchen and 2 adjacent rooms into 1 large area with a new kitchen, kitchen nook and seating area and we couldnt be happier. The entire process went very well and Mikes attention to detail is second to none. We absolutely love our new Kitchen. The only problem we have is we cant afford to have them remodel other areas of our home. Im sure we will be calling Mike and Gina in the future and if youre serious about any remodeling effort, you should entertain Reality. They were the most creative in their design for our project over other contractors and they were price competitive.

Over the summer 2018, Reality remodeled our kitchen and adjoining rooms. Reality turned our previously crowded and dysfunctional kitchen into a beautiful and modern family and entertaining space. We enjoyed working with Reality and found Mike, Gina, and Deb to be responsive to our questions. They provided us with a schedule at the beginning of the project and stuck to it, finishing the project on the promised week! Reality also stayed on budget, even after discovering and fixing an original support beam that wasn’t up to code.We will work with Reality again, once we are ready to tackle another project. We love our new kitchen and first floor!

We initially contacted Mike and Gina to remodel three bathrooms (master, kids, and powder room). After experiencing their wonderful work, which included constant communication, trusted advice, creative design ideas, and “as promised” finished results, we asked them to also finish our basement, which included adding another bathroom. True to form, Mike and Gina created our vision on time, to standard and at the initially quoted price. While we had not planned on continuing the remodeling adventure so soon, we were so pleased with the bathrooms and the basement that we requested them to also remodel our kitchen. This included removing walls, shifting plumbing, etc. Again, we were thrilled with results. We are only sad there is nothing left for them to work on!!! We recommend Reality Construction highly and will certainly utilize them again for any other remodeling projects that spring up.

A long time good friend of ours recommended we acquire a quote from Reality as they knew we were looking at remodeling our kitchen and 2 adjacent rooms and they just recently had Reality remodel their kitchen. When I first met Mike and Gina I had a good feeling about them, but what they did next blew my mind. We acquired 3 other quotes and none of them provided the creativity Mike did and he did it on the fly. He also provided me a cost before he left (I had to wait weeks from the other companies). Needless to say we signed with them and Im super glad we did. They did an awesome job for us and did it for the amount Mike said he would do it for even though they ran into some unforeseen obstacles. I highly recommend Reality Construction and I know well be hiring them again in the future for more work around our house.

Unbelievable..... I had two appointments with them to come out to do an estimate on an addition project on my house. Both times they cancelled on the day of the appointment. This last time they cancelled and to top it off they said they did not want the project. The lady on the phone was nice enough and cited that some things have come up. Wow with all the radio advertising by this company you would think they were looking for new business. I would NEVER recommend calling this company based on my experience.

My review is based on the site review and estimate not finished product.Little disappointed they ignored the plan that we worked on with a designer for several months. I had the plan in hand when they visited and yet they took measurements when it was already completed. Simply had no interest in looking at the elevations as well. I also had an electrical plan set and Mike proceeding to say no you need X can lights yet the plan called out for Y. But if he would just listen and looked at the plan hed see there where additional light sources beyond the can lights - which was thoughtfully put together to begin with.They still proceeded to put together a proposal without reviewing the plan so their proposal didnt capture everything. Once estimating these additional subtractions and additions they ended up much higher than any other proposal.If youre looking for someone to take control and do things their way with their contractors they want to use I bet they have a great product but it ends up pricing them out of the market.
