They did good work, but lost my check and proceeded to send me to collections.... 5 months later Im still messing with this. not impressed

Dan R. was the tech and did an outstanding job and was very professional through out the entire process, kept me informed on when he would be there, when he arrived, when he was done, and was very informative on the on the process. Plus, workmanship was what you would expect from a professional service!

Everything went as planned except for one detail. The vehicle was at a body shop getting work done. We had to have the glass off and a new one installed at a later date. Came to visit the shop the day they did the glass and saw my mirror hanging down BY THE WIRES. I immediately unplugged the mirror. After it was done, I informed the shop that I was unhappy with the job because of the mirror hanging by the wire. Lady there told me that the techs were professional and know what they were doing. I do not consider leaving my mirror with electronics with weight suspended by its own electrical wire a professional thing to do but I guess it is fine in their opinion. I can say that I would pass on them if I need glass work done again and suggest anyone else do the same.

Awesome, fast service! The lady who answered the phone had all the information I wanted to know right away and she was very friendly. They came all the way to my work in Fond du Lac from West Bend free of charge, when Safelite charges $40 for mobile repair/replacement no matter where you are. Theyre very resonably priced, paid almost $200 under what I thought Id have to pay judging by other companies. I highly recommend them!!

Heads up. They are no longer at this location (Washington St). Safelite bought them out in November 2019 and relocated to Safelite which is next to Shell gas station one block away from old location.
